Maintenance of lawn includes weeding, cheeling the grass, for the ground top dressing with sludge or manure of the same with the forked soil watering & maint. of lawn to keep healthy & rich growth free from incuts weeds, & disposal of rubbish as per (Good earth, sludge, manure will be paid separately) as per direction of Engr. Maintenance of Flower pot including dressing of plants watering manuring medicine but excuding cost of manure and medicine etc.

cleaning, sweeping and upkeeping of floor area, skirting wall, grills, with a mop and soap solution as necessary as per direction of EIC.

Treeming of Branches of tress tilted on roof and half including cleaning of roof with disposal of Debris up to 50 meter lead complete job as per direction of EIC

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage up to 1 km (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8 % for payment) : Sceened through seive I.S. designation 20 mm
