MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL MAINTENANCE WORKS IN PLANT AND NON-PLANT AREAS 2026-2027

Earth work excavation Up to 1.50 m depth for drains,columns footings equipment foundations,fire water line leakage excavations etc not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sq.m on plan in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting including filling in basement , back filling the excavated portions of fire water lines and sides of foundation with the spoil earth in layers, breaking clods, watering, ramming, consolidating, conveying and depositing the excess spoil or filling in low lying area and levelling within an initial lea d of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m

Earth work excavation from 1.5 to 3.00 m depth for drains, column footings, equipment foundations, fire water line leakage excavations etc not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sq.m on plan in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting including filling in basement , back filling the excavated portions of fire water lines and sides of foundation with the spoil earth in layers, breaking clods, watering, ramming, consolidating, conveying and depositing the excess spoil or filling in low lying area and levelling within an initi al lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m

Transportation of surplus excavated earth, debrices, waste materials.etc and disposed any where within the company premises by mechanical transport including loading / unloading as directed.(The mode of measurement will be in cubic Meter and the size of truck will be taken.( 20% voids deduction will made to arrive at net quantity.)

Supply of mechanical excavator (J.C.B) on hire basis including cost of all labour,oil etc

Earth work cutting / excavation in all classes of soil using mechanical excavator(JCB etc.) , conveying and depositng the same at places pointed out any where within the company premises including all charges for excavation,levelling and depositing in layers,loading and unloading etc as per the direction of Egineer -in-charge.((The mode of measurement will be in cubic Meter and the size of truck will be taken. 20% voids ded uction will made to arrive at net quantity.)

Plain cement concrete work 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm nominal size hard granite broken stones including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing, shuttering etc. for foundation levelling course, flooring, etc.

Plain cement concrete work 1:3:6 mix using 40mm nominal size hard granite broken stones including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing, shuttering etc. for foundation levelling course, flooring, etc.

Plain cement concrete work 1:2:4 mix using 20 mm nominal size hard granite broken stones including charges for mixing concrete, necessary form work,laying, consolidating, curing, etc. complete for foundation levelling course .etc

Reinforced cement concrete work 1:2:4 mix using 20 mm and down grade hard granite broken stones including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, vibrating, consolidating, curing,etc. complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement.

Reinforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 mix using 20 mm and down grade hard granite broken stones including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, vibrating, consolidating, curing, setting of templates & bolt assembly for foundations etc. complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement.
