M&L for rectification of leakage of taps, angle valve stop cocks or in pipes, fitting and removing of plumbing fittings such as Bib taps, pilllar taps, GI tubing, stop cocks, angle vales, float valves water tanks, grating, traps, WCs flushing cistern, waste pipes, WHBs, EWCs and similar work to restore the existing/services to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for rectification to carpenter related work including repair/easing of doors re-fixing or tightening of doors, windows, resecuring of door/window wire guage, (fixing only) builders hardwares, helical door spring including use of all types of nails, screws etc which are required to make good the work, use of any other stores/fittings shall be paid seprately under Supply only items in building to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
