Request for proposal (RFP) for appointment of project supervision services agency (PSSA) for providing project supervision services at Various construction Sites/Sections for OHE up-gradation/modification related & other ancillary works in connection with 2x25 kV traction up-gradation works being executed by Electrical project unit over North Western Railway for the construction period of 24 months

MSE firms are entitled to claim exemption from payment of Tender Document Cost and Earnest Money in case of Service contracts and bidders shall submit valid certificate as documentary proof to claim exemption.

Please submit bank details of the firm individual JV/partnership etc. i.e. name ofthe bank along with bank branch code, account number, IFSC code, PAN number and other necessary & relevant documents.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

The quantities shown above are approximate and to give a General guideline Railway reserves the right to increase or decrease or to delete any of the items

It is responsibility of the tenderer that they ensure to see any corrigendum of the tender to check the corrigendum on the website from time to time

ILLEGIBLE DOCUMENTS UPLOADED ARE LIABLE TO BE REJECTED

The Railway reserves the right to verify all statements, information and documents submitted by the bidder in his tender offer, and the bidder shall, when so required by the Railway, make available all such information, evidence and documents as may be necessary for such verification. Any such verification or lack of such verification, by the Railway shall not relieve the bidder of its obligations or liabilities hereunder nor will it affect any rights of the Railway thereunder.

(a) In case of any information submitted by tenderer is found to be false forged or incorrect at any time during process for evaluation of tenders, it shall lead to forfeiture of the tender Earnest Money Deposit besides banning of business for a period of upto five years. (b) In case of any information submitted by tenderer is found to be false forged or incorrect after the award of contract, the contract shall be terminated. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), Performance Guarantee and Security Deposit available with the railway shall be forfeited. In addition, other dues of the contractor, if any, under this contract shall be forfeited and agency shall be banned for doing business for a period of upto five years.

Prices quoted by the contractor should be firm commercially and inclusive of all taxes, duties leviable. If successful bidder shall produce documentary evidence of taxes/ duties paid by him to the State Government/Central Government while claiming the payment , no such extra payments will be paid.

Tenderer/s shall keep themselves updated about any modification in tender notice and tender document, issued by Railway through newspapers, website or E-mail or any other means and shall act accordingly. It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to check any correction or any modifications published subsequently in website and the same shall be taken into account while submitting the tender. Railway will not be responsible for offers submitted without latest corrections/amendments if any, by the tenderer/s.

Tenderers are requested to carefully peruse the Tender Documents and upload all requisite documents/credentials along with the offer. Scanned copy of the documents, uploaded by the tenderer shall be clear & readable. Documents submitted/uploaded previously or along with another tender currently under consideration SHALL NOT be considered while evaluating the present tender.

The model document of RFP for PSSA issued by the Railway board(Attached with this NIT) shall be the binding document for evaluation of received offers against the instant tender/bid.The Bidder shall provide and upload all applicable document /certificates(Complete in all respect) sought under the RFP.
