M&L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm & depth exc 50mm & not exc 100mm deep. Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick water bound macadam (compacted thickness), with coarse aggregate of stone (granite / trap/ basalt) of grading 2 (63 mm to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 mm to 20 mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber required. Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing un-surfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at the rate 10 kg per ten Sqm over the prepared surface by mechanical sprayer. Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surface or bituminous macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top surfaces. Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at the rate 5 kg per ten Sqm over the prepared surface by mechanical sprayer. Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber n.exc 75mm thickness (consolidated thickness) with 4% binder content of VG -30 by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by sensor paver finished. Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kgs per 10 Sqm and laying premixed bituminious macadam well rammed and sealed with paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade@ 9.8 Kgs per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping of size 6.3mm and again well rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller (including supply of pre-mixed macadam, binder and chipping), depth of pot holes exc 30mm. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces rolled & compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by sensor paver finisher. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of existing bituminous surfaces, removing, dust, dirt, grease and other foreign matters etc to receive the marking and M&L for thermo plastic (Reflective) line marking having 2.50 mm thickness (average) of uniform surface finish confirming to BS 3262 (Part 1) 1989 read in conjuction with the MOST specification 803 clause 4.2.2 on bituminous surfaces in white/yellow colour and super imposed with glass beads confirming to BS 6088 read in conjuction with and MOST specification 803 clause 4.3.3. Complete all as specified and directed. Note - (a) MOST specification 803 shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by the GE. Shape & size/ patterns of marking shall be as approved by the GE.. (b) The rate includes complete removal or scrapping of old existing thermoplastic road marking paint (if required).

M&L Moorum/Red bajri filling in berm or pavings, laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick spread levelled & rammmed including watering

S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No.DA 972.0 fixed with & including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer's instructions. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufacturer's instructions etc. all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair ABS Body, 100 cm outdoor convex mirror good quality as approved by GE fixed in road/ground portion complete including hanging/fixing arrangement with adequate mounting arrangement at suitable height on stainless steel (Grade 304) round pipe, having unbreakable Polycarbonate Convex Lens with hoods as the traffic safety mirror for eliminating blind spots & increase visibility at a broader angle, including excavation for post holes, PCC Type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in post hole & removal of surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point. Complete all as specified & directed. Make: Frontier 100 cm outdoor Convex Mirror, FMCO-100, Road Star, Real reflectors, Alexix, ACE polymers (India) or Equivalent.

S&F in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 02 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA & mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated & thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red & yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150 x 150 x 300mm) type B-1. Complete all as specified & directed.
