CLEANING OF OVER HEAD TANKS (OHT), UPROOTING OF PLANTs IF ANY ON ROOF SURFACE AND PROVISION OF PRECAST RCC SLAB OVER WATER TANK IN ESTATE AND FACTORY AREA AT OFBL

Cleaning and removing all scale, dirt, fungus, mould growth from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipe with bleaching powder by rubbing/scraping down thoroughly with bristle/wire brush/jute brush/sand paper and finally cleaning the same with clear water and uprooting of plant/bush etc. from out side OHT, roof, joints of CI pipes, chajja etc. and removing all loose material and making the surface smooth and clean with cement motar (1:4) if required (Every block where OHT cleaning will be carried out) to the satisfaction of E-I-C (Cap. of tank 250 to 500 liters).

Writing letters with synthetic enamel paint on plastered surfaces. The height of letter to be 2cm.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete slab cover Type-B1 1:2:4 with 20 mm graded aggregate (for manhole, water tank etc.) and set in cement mortar 1:4. and including lifting and placing properly with the direction of Engg-In-Charge .

Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length,bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips.
