Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below & above GL) unreinforced, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and similar works including finishing the surface of concrete topping even & fair, without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick light shade (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non skid coloured printed ceramic tile 8 to 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular/in joint less) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm,in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colur of tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth wall tilling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the permishes, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 600x300x10 mm thick colour and design (as approved) in vertical surface and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in whiter or colour cement to match the colour of tiles over 15 mm thick cement plaster using CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm each and offered as credit, complete all as specified and as directed.
