Providing and laying in aproved colour and pattern 2mm thick antistatic vinyl flooring in plank foam of approved quality type make fixed with approved adhesive as per the manufactures specifications adhering to detailed drawings the adhesive used for laying antistatic vinyl floor shall be as per the recommendation made by the manufacture. The vinyl flooring shall be laid having seamless joints with proper joint treatment using matching shade PVC trims with soft welding as per the manufactures specification and as approved by the institute .This also includes providing laying and curing of average sufficient thick self leveling branded adhesive compound below the vinyl flooring for achieving the smooth hard and absolutely leveled surface is made available to avoid undulations in the top vinyl flooring. Procurement and installation of the vinyl flooring shall be started only after institutes written approval on shade, make and methodology statement submitted by the vendor

Providing and Fixing Armstrong or equvalent Channelled Woodworks perforated panels of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm and length 2400 mm, made of a Moisture resistant fibre board substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade (Portland Maple, Sea Beech, Siam Wood & Mystique Walnut, Interior White, Alumina Pearl) and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special perforation pattern where the reverse surface has a "Helmholtz" fluted perforation with consecutive 3mm wide groove followed by 21mm of visible pane. The edges of the panel shall be "tongue-and-grooved" to fix special clips for installation and seamless visual. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non-woven Soundtex acoustical fleece hot pressed to achieve NRC of 0.5. (Average value of Absorption Co-efficient readings taken at 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz and 2000 Hz) as per ASTM C423 and Humidity Resistance (RH) of 70% with camber limit less than 1mm/1000mm and bow less than 1mm/300mm.
