Labour contract outsoucing for following jobs

Crate washing, arrangement of Milk Pouches in creates, filling of milk in Cans, Shifting of Filled Crate packed milk pouches and cans in Cold Storage.

Packing of ghee including withdrawal of packing material from Stores, filling, packing, strapping and shifting to Ghee Granulation room & shifting to Ghee Stores after two days

a)Packing of 500 Ml Ghee tin,

b)Packing of 500 ML Cekacarton (machine packed)

c) Packing of 1 Ltr ghee Tin

d) Packing of 1Ltr Cekacarton (machine packed)

e) Packing of 2 ltr ghe tins

f) Packing of 5 litre ghe tins/Jar

g) Packing of 15kg tins/Jar and shifting to Ghee Store.

Packing of 1 litre Ghee Tins for Army Supply, fumigation of empty tins, change of Corrugated Boxes of filled tins including withdrawal of packing material from Stores, filling, packing, and flushing with Nitrogen Gas, strapping and shifting to Ghee Granulation room & shifting to Ghee Stores after two days including withdrawal of packaging material from store.

Packing of White Butter in liners and in corrugated boxes upto 20 kg and shifting to Cold Storage including withdrawal of packaging material from store.

Production & packing of SFM(PIO) upto 200ml including withdrawal of packaging material from store .

Packing of WMP 500g tin including withdrawal of packaging material from store .

soldering and Gasing of WMP 500g tin,(soder wire nitrogen gas will supplied by verka Amritsar Dairy)

Soldering & Gasing of WMP 1 kg tin ( Solder wire , nitrogen gas will supplied by Verka Amritsar Dairy)

Packing of 25kg SMP and WMP Bags from running powder plant and stacking in godown in three shifts.

Packing of 10 kgs WMP tins from running powder plant and stacking in godown in three shifts including withdrawal of packaging material from store.

Packing of 10 kgs WMP tins conversion from 25kg WMP bags including withdrawal of packaging material from store.

Manufacturing and packing of Panjiri in Bags (25 X 1kg pouches) including withdrawal of raw material & packing material from Store.

Shifting of consumer pack 15kg Ghee Tins, 10kg WMP tins, 500g WMP tins, 1kg WMP tins, 10kg Dairy Whitener Jar from Production to other Stores within the factory premises and vice versa).

Shifting of consumer pack 25kg BAG from Production to other Stores within the factory premises and vice versa).

Reconstitution of 25kg SMP/ WMP Bags

Gas packing & Soldering of 10 kg WMP tins as all material will be supplied by Verka Amritsar Dairy.

Unloading of empty 15 kg ghee Tin, 10kg WMP Tin, 10kg Dairy Whitener Jar.

Unloading of Empty Ghee tins (500ml, 1Ltr, 2Ltr, 5Ltr, 15Kg) , Cekatainer (500ml & 1 Ltr) and WMP tins (1Kg & 500g)

Unloading of Empty upto 200 ML PP Bottle

Unloading of Empty upto 200 ML Glass Bottle

Unloading of Polyfilm , Corrugated box(Gatta), Sugar, Atta , Besan , salt etc.

Loading/Unloading of packed ghee in Corugated Box (500ml tin /Ceka pack, 1 Ltr Tin / Cekapack, 2 Ltr Tin, 5 Ltr Tin/Jar and 15 LtrJar/ Tin .) WMP (1 KG and 500g in Corrugated Box and 10 Kg Tin). Dairy Whitener 10 Kg Jar, SFM Pio in Cases (24 glass/pp bottle)

Loading of packed Panjiri 25 Kg Bag

Loading/Unloading of packed SMP / WMP 25 Kg Bag

Loading/Unloading of packed white butter upto 20 Kg Box

Loading/unloading Tetra Pack in Cases (27 Packet), Table Butter in Corugated box, (8g, 10g , 100g and 500g Pack etc.)

Shifting of SFM Pio in cases (pp/glass bottle) from Production to other Stores within the factory premises and vice versa.

Restacking of SMP / WMP 25Kg Bags (Opening , checking , stitching and restacking of SMP 25Kg Bags.)

Packing of 10 Kg dairy whitner jAr from Runing powder plant and stacking in godown in three shift

Packing of WMP 1kg tin including withdrawal of packaging material from store .
