TERM CONTRACT FOR DAY TO DAY SERVICE/REPLACE/MAINTENANCE OF B/R AND E/M CIVIL ENGR WORKS AT DRDO OFFICERS TRANSIT FACILITY DIBER, HALDWANI and ALMORA

PART(A) DSR ITEMS

Term Contract DIBER Haldwani & Almora Term Contract for Artificers works to perform services and execute artificers works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions as per tender documents contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates DSR-2022 & DSR 2025 (Volume-II) for E&M Works and DSR-2023 for Civil Works, as amended together with Vol-I & II of CPWD Specification, as amended forming part of tender document during the period of ONE YEAR from the date of ACCEPTANCE at the rates contained in the aforesaid CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates DSR-2022 & DSR 2025 (Volume-II) for E&M Works and DSR-2023 for Civil Works. The estimated cost is on not exceeding basis as per sanction I.e. in case of (+) plus side quote, JWO amount will be restricted to estimated cost .

Notes: -

[a] Tenderer shall insert percentage equal (=) / less (-) on estimated amount on not on exceeding basis in the BOQ excel sheet.

[c] Amount inserted under the rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is as per not exceeding basis for term contract. Separate work orders as per requirement of work will be placed with cost duly adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor.

[d] Irrespective of quoted amount generated by the system in the BOQ, Acceptance of Contract shall be made for the total estimated amount and percentage on not exceeding basis thereto quoted by the tenderer.

[e] Schedule of Credit recovery rate as attached as Annexure -XII of the materials obtained at site. The material which are not covered is Annexure -XII. The Recovery rate of these material / items shall be deducted from the RAR as per the current market rate analysis or also as per the MSTC bulletin scrap rates with approval of EMU (R&D) Dehradun

The BOQ prepaired on total estimated cost of the subject work. If any tenders quote (-) than the cost of the subject work will be decreased automatically and if any tendered quote (+) than the cost of tender will be remain same and not reflected in the BOQ. The (+) & (-) % value quoted by tenderer will be included in the RAR and paid to firm during claim.
