Re-painting of Athulya MLCP building, Infopark Kochi Phase 1

Repairs to plaster of mix cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand) thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping yard otside the campus. The rate including the cost of scaffolding wherever required at all levels.

Cleaning external painted surface wall of height upto 25m and removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth, loose finishing materials like paint/putty/texture etc., including providing, applying and washing the surface with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with machine operated water jet causing any scratching/ damage to the stone surface complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators, windows, doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building/ structure, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate including the cost of scaffolding wherever required at all levels.

Finishing walls with two or more coats of water proofing Damp sheath (or approved equivalent) over Exterior walls as per manufacturers specifications on wall after preparation of the wall by applying crack filling wherever needed upto a height of 25m as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate shall include the cost of scaffolding wherever required at all levels.

Finishing with Premium acrylic emulsion, two or more coats of Ultima Protek surface paint system or approved equivalent for exteriors walls including appropriate Primer as per manufacturers specifications. : Two or more coats of Ultima Protek surface paint applied on walls including two coats of primer applied after preparation of the wall by applying crack filling wherever needed all complete at all levels as per direction of Engineer-in-charge of approved colour. The rate including the cost of scaffolding wherever required at all levels.

Providing and applying white cement based exterior putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete at all levels. The rate including the cost of scaffolding wherever required at all levels.

Applying one coat of interior water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface including crack filling if required.

Painting two or more coats with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour after preparing the surface by scrapping and sand papering for getting smooth surface if required as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. - on wall and ceiling surface.

Applying Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface by scrapping/cleaning, etc. complete on steel work at all levels -The rate including the cost of scaffolding wherever required at all levels.
