Fabrication & supply of 330mmx330mm size MS collar of suitable height as per site requirement (for increasing the height of the existing isolating transformer housing box) made out of 6mm thick MS sheet on four sides, 10mm thick MS sheet on top & bottom, with a provision of 50mm dia pipe entry hole on three sides, 225mm dia round opening on top & bottom with six nos holes on edges of top & bottom plates, suitable for holding the taxiway/runway edge light fittings on top and bottom bolted to the existing box including painting the collar with one coat of primer & two coats of black enamel paint etc. complete as required & as per enclosed specifications.

Installation of MS collar (supplied against item no.1) by providing & fixing of 12 nos. M-10 bolts including minor civil works as per site requirement, making pedestal of 0.30mt all around the box by making suitable slope by providing 1:2:4 cement concrete etc. complete as required & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of existing elevated light fittings and reinstallation of the same i/c connecting with isolating transformer etc. as required.

Dry brick pitching (laid flat) on surface including supply of bricks and preparing the surface complete as required.

Excavation of soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres .

Providing & laying in position 1:2:4 cement concrete (1 cement : 2 course sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm. nominal size) over brick soling as per site requirement and as directed by engg.-in-charge.

Providing & laying 12mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement etc. as required.

Providing brick work ( in width 225 mm or more) with F.P.S bricks of class designation of 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) in all levels

Removing of existing broken bolt from the transformer housing boxes, making new holes by drilling, tapping etc. as required i/c supply and fixing of suitable size SS bolt, washer etc as required i/c necessary T&P such as Drilling machine, Tapping machine etc. as required.

Providing cover plates of following sizes fabricated from 10mm thick MS plate, suitable for Isolating transformer housing boxes i/c making 6nos holes on the edges, drilling, tapping, finishing, i/c pencil grinding (bevelling) of outer edge to get a 'C' shaped finished surface and carrying the same to site and placing them properly over round opening of collars, housing boxes etc. i/c painting etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing cover plates of following sizes fabricated from 10mm thick MS plate, suitable for Isolating transformer housing boxes i/c making holes, drilling, tapping, finishing and fixing the same with 6 nos. 1.5" long, M-10 S.S. bolts, plain washers, spring washers etc. i/c painting etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (b) 330 mm x 330 mm square base plate

Dismantling of various sizes C.I./M.S. transformer housing box from concrete/bituminous foundation i/c disposal of debris etc. as reqd.

Installation of MS housing box of size750 mm x 330 mm x 400 mm (H) (to be supplied by AAI) in soil by providing brick soling (size 950mm x 530mm) at the bottom & using cement concrete of ratio 1:2:4 all around & bottom of the box of 100 mm thick and making pedestal of 300mm & 100mm thick all around the box by making suitable slope i/c centering & shuttering etc. as required

Providing, laying and fixing following dia GI pipe (medium class) in ground complete with GI fittings including trenching (up to 75 cm deep) and refilling etc. as required. (a) 40 mm dia GI Pipe

Supply of DWC pipe of following size alongwith necessary accessories like connectors /couplers /bends / tee etc. and with pulling rope fitted inside complete as required and as per the technical specifications etc. complete as required. (a) OD 50 mm/ ID 38 mm

Laying of DWC HDPE Pipe of size of 50 mm OD/38 mm ID in the shoulder/runway/taxiway for GLF work i/c machine cutting of runway/taxiway/shoulder surface of width 110 mm and upto 150 mm deep, and taking the excavated material out of the area within a lead of 2 kms and refilling & making good the same by concreting as per the site requirement.

Laying of DWC HDPE Pipe of size of 50 mm OD/38 mm ID in the soil for GLF work upto 750 mm deep with excavation, back filling & making good the same as per site requirement

Scrapping, cleaning the surface of existing LT Panels/feeder pillars/CCR's and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red lead primer etc. as required.

Scrapping, cleaning etc. as required and painting the following light fittings with two coats of approved make Aviation Yellow synthetic enamel paint,over base plate said painting should be done after applying one coat of red lead primer. (a) Approach light fittings

Scrapping, cleaning the surface of MS cover plates and exposed surface of MS boxes and painting with two coats of black colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red lead primer etc. as required.

Writing of maximum 2 inch size letters/numbers on the surface of base plates/cover plates of light fittings and on the body of LT panels, feeder pillars, CCR's by ICI/ DECO or any other approved paint of White/Red/Black colour .

Supply of Base Plate Neoprene Rubber Gasket of 3 mm thickness and containing 6 nos. bolt holes, suitable for elevated type Aeronautical Ground Lights fittings

Supply of Insulation Tester, 2500 Volts, 2 terminals Hand Driven Generator type along with all acccessories and Type test certificate and catalogue to be attached etc as required as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing of Thermoplastic enclosure( lid made of transparent Polycarbonate and base made of Polystyrene) for external lighting pole junction box having single stainless steel screw operation for opening the full transparent hinged lid with sealing facility through that SS screw in the existing pole. The enclosure should have IP 65 degree of protection accordance to EN 60529, dust proof, water tight, light weight, acid resistant, corrosion proof, insulated and shock proof, fire retardant , self extinguishing, halogen & silica free non- Toxic material, with internally embedded Gasket (made of polyurethane), size of 217x253x115 mm fitted with clamp and GI Strip at the back of the enclosure and along with the components [i.e. (i) one no. 6A DP MCB on a din channel for mounting, (ii) one no. 100A DMC Terminal Board,(iii) one no. 4 Sq mm Earth Terminal) fixed inside the enclosure] etc. as required.

Fabrication and supply of MS frame of outer dimensions 330mm x 330mm, made out of 40x40x6 mm MS angle, with 8 nos. threaded holes suitable for M-10 SS bolts on the frame with suitable grouting arrangement for brick work including supply of 330mm x 330mm, 10mm thick MS cover plate with 8 nos holes on the MS plate suitable to fix on the frame with 8 nos. SS M-10 bolts

Dismantling of old/damaged earth pit chamber and reconstruction of the chamber by providing & making brick work, cement concrete etc., and installation of Eathing Pit cover (supplied vide item no.28) over the pipe etc. including neat cement plaster around the MS frame etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia includimg accessories, by making necessary excavation and installation of Eathing Pit cover (supplied vide item no.28) over the pipe etc., providing one layer of dry brick pitching on an area of 550mm dia at the bottom while keeping an opening of 200 mm dia at the centre for passage of earth pipe and providing cement concrete of ratio 1:2:4 all around the body of the cover of 100 mm thickness and over the brick layer of 50mm thickness, making suitable slope i/c centering & shuttering etc. as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 S.W.G. dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm. dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Repairing of foundation for PAPI Ckecking Stick Base by installing anchor fastners, providing and laying 12 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:3 around the foundation (1m x 1 m) etc as required i/c hiring/arrangement of all necessary T&P like portable DG set, Drilling machine etc. as required..

Supply of Calcium Carbonate Powder Type MIKHART 130, to be used as cleaning agent for inset type Airfield Ground Light Fittings in LUMICLEAN equipment as per technical specifications enclosed.

Supply of 150 W, 6.6 A AFL lamp, OSRAM make Cat. No. 64361 HLX-A 150-15 PK30D/ NARVA make Cat. No. 58369 PK30D suitable for ATG make elevated type Runway edge light fittings.

Supply of 45W, 6.6 A single ended bi-pin Halogen lamp, OSRAM make Cat. No. 64321 or Philips/NARVA make Cat. No. 58323 suitable for use in Airfield lighting fittings.

Supply and installation of Bird Scare Spikes including all the consumables such as cable tie etc inside operational area, over elevated approach lights , guidance signage boards etc. as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of FAA compliant indoor type microprocessor based, air cooled Constant Current Regulator (CCR) of Thyristor control electronic type suitable for use on 240/415V, 50 Hz, input AC supply with below mentioned output power at 6.6A with 5 steps variation of current output (2.8A, 3.4A, 4.1A, 5.2A, 6.6A) suitable for local and remote control operation with 24/48V DC control supply complete with output current indicated on multifunction digital display, over current, over voltage, earth fault protection and earth leakage meter, positive back indication equipment relay contactor etc. as required. (i) 30 KW

Dismantling of 1 no. PVC/XLPE insulated AFL cable of 5 KV grade of size not exceeding 25 sq.mm from soil i/c excavation, removing protective covering, refilling the trench etc.as required.

Dismantling of 1 no. PVC/XLPE insulated AFL cable of 5 KV grade of size not exceeding 25 sq.mm in existing GI/ HDPE pipe etc.as required.

Laying of one no. PVC/XLPE insulated & sheathed AFL cable of 5 KV grade of size not exceeding 25 sq.mm in the existing pipe.

Kerf cutting with machine in taxiway/runway/apron of PQC/bituminous surface of depth upto 50 mm and width upto 15 mm for 1 or 2 nos secondary lead along with earth cables and laying of secondary lead and earth cable by wrapping cotton tape i/c refilling the same by suitable sealing material (Polysulphide) etc complete as required and as per instruction of EIC.

Inset type light fixture along with shallow base from bituminious/concrete pavement by cutting core, fill the area with bitumen/cement concrete/early setting cement, cleaning the shallow base and fitting i/c disconnecting Isolating transformer, removal of secondary lead cable and transportaion to AAI store etc. as required. (a) 8" dia inset fitting
