Project Management & Implementation Support 1. Understanding Present and Proposed work flow, data model, Master data, device mechanism to collect data across the 23 districts vide one time small data capture applications / excel sheet, Google drive etc . 2. Taking care of the changes asked to be done in the application and initiate data management model to maintain the sanctity of the data base. 3. Create user admin – user configuration 4. Testing and deployment of the deliverables on the PHE server 5. Collection of data collected and collate the same along with status reporting.

Functional Support and Off site Data Entry & Management 1. Data correction activities 2. Need based data extraction and reporting activities a. Extraction in different soft format (excel/word) b. Preparation of reports from data extracted into soft format (excel/PDF) 3. Support to the end user regarding functionality 4. Training / Demo to the end users 5. Enter data in different module of the PHED application system 6. Parallel to IFMS the same data to be entered in PHED application system 7. Departmental allotment 8. Directorate allotment 9. Scheme data maintenance (Maintenance the scheme data status as a ongoing work of the scheme data correction) 10. Administrative calendar maintenance

Onsite IMIS Support The personnel have to monitor the progress of the data entry in the IMIS Site of Govt. of India, by the different offices (mainly divisions and labs) on a regular basis, so that there will not be any kind of data entry shortfall in the above site. Basic Habitations information (B-1) 11. List of Hand pump (B-21) 12. No. of individuals house hold with PWS Connection (C36) 13. Status of Coverage of habitation (PC/FC/QA) (C-17) 14. Estimated cost of covering Arsenic/Fluoride habitations (F-18) 15. Status of NWQSM Habitations (NWQSM-7) 16. Eligible Central Share of Approved Schemes under NWQSM (NWQSM-9)
