Dismantling of horizontal pump of capacity 10 cusec 12m head from base frame, shifting to private workshop for necessary repairs. Disassembling of same in the workshop for assessing the damages.

Manufacturing, Providing, fitting of pump sleeves manufactured out of stainless steel SS410 as per sample required for shaft.

Providing and fitting of ball bearings of size 3210 and 3310 to both driving end and non-driving end of pumping unit after removing and extracting old damaged bearings from bearing hubs. The job includes complete greasing of the bearings.

Remetalling of stainless steel shaft at both ends, creating of new threads on lathe by required tool. Providing and fitting of cotter pin ( complete)

Manufacturing, Providing and fitting of chuck nuts as per sample.

Repairing of pump impeller vanes by Way of brazzing of impeller, complete to remove cuts, pits and scratches and then finishing of lathe.

Assembling of pumping units complete testing on no load at private workshop, shifting back to site installation testing successfully.

Disconnecting of 150 HP and 100 HP manually operated handle type star delta starters from circuit after disconnecting the power supply from HT transformer, extraction of starter from panel board, disassembling of starter, removing of old damaged copper contact points and providing and fitting of new copper contact points both moving and stationary upper and lower complete as per primitive sample. Also includes providing and fitting of trip coil as per requirement. The job also includes providing and filling of fresh T. oil of 5 liters connecting with circuit testing on no and full load successfully.

Providing of fresh T. oil of specific grade for electric gadgets.

Providing and fitting of solar lantern dual charging along with solar panel and adapter complete. Make: Andslite

Make: Usha/Crompton, equivalent. The job includes providing and fitting of 20mm PVC flexible pipe heavy duty 5 mtrs along with foot valves strainer clip/clamps complete also includes providing and fitting of PVC plain pipe heavy duty 25mm along with all pipe fittings, pipe specials viz., elbows, unions, tees, etc. for fabricating priming system to horizontal motors. The job also includes ball valves of size- 20mm dia of heavy duty 2 No. for the same. The priming system shall be fabricated as per site requirement.
