Supply Delivery Erection and Commissioning SITC of Pumpsets with accessories at pumping station 1 and 2 Floating Punt stage belongs to subject Devasthanam

Design, Manufacture, Supply, delivery, erection, testing and commisioning of pumping Machinery (ISI) with all accessories, appurtenances, surge protection devices, ultrasonic flowmeter on common delivery main at each pumping station, piping as per design requirement and as directed by the Department on turnkey basis including trial run. The rate is inclusive of engagaging required man power, operate and maintain the facilities during the trial run period. The scope of the work includes electrical switchgear panels, soft starters, capacitor banks to maintain required power factor, electrical equipment, connections including required cabling from pumps to the Variable Frequency Drive(VFD) panel board, vaccume pumpsets required for priming with necessary piping such as suction pipes, delivery pipes, common manifold with necessary gate valves, non return valves etc., hoisting equipment such as monorail with chain pulley block (upto 200 HP Pump sets)/Gantry crane (above 200 HP pumpsets), fire safety equipment, ventilation system, electrical safety system including necessary cable trays and drainage arrangements for spill over water in the pump house, etc., complete for finished item of work as per the technical specifications and as directed by the department Engineer for the following Pumping Machinery capable of delivering water to the discharge and head mentioned below. The rate is exclusive of GST. (For HT motor with 3.30 KV and 6.60 KV power supply shall be provided with Vaccum Circuit breakers, switch controls and soft starters). (For Vertical Turbine pumps-Variable Frequency drive shall be provided in panel board to cope up with head variation).
