Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for END-TO-END Software

The Bidder should have 5 years of experience as on date of notice inviting tender in the business of providing AMC of Software for software application handling turnover capacity of Rs 500+ Crore (for a single client) for Alco-Beverage for Govt./PSU sector in India which manages a minimum of 500 + Retail Stores. Software application should have end-to-end solution, i.e. right from inventory, sales, stock to complete accounting package (P&L, Trial Balance, Balance sheet) etc. with hands on experience of Modules/reporting system as briefed under Software Functionality.

The Bidder must be Company/firm incorporated under relevant Act having GST and other statutory registrations.

The Bidder should not have been blacklisted/barred by any Central or State Govt. or PSU and should not be involved in any major litigation that may affect or compromise delivery of service required.

Formats & Declarations As given in the tender document

The Bidder must submit a duly executed Power of Attorney in favour of the Authorized Signatory of the Bidder or a Copy of Board Resolution duly authorizing signatory for signing this bid.

The Bidder should have experience in AMC of Software with minimum order value of INR 25 Lakhs (in a single order, single client, per year) for Alco-Beverage sector of Govt./PSU organization in India which manages a minimum of 500 + Retail Stores.

The Bidder should have an annual turnover of INR 1.5 Crore in each of the last 5 (five) financial years. (i.e. FY 2020-21, FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25). (Provisional will be considered for FY 2024-25)

Positive Net worth of the Agency / Company should be above Rs. 10 lakhs and certified by Auditors as at 31st Mar 2025.
