Liaison works including preparation of electrical schematic drawing and submission for approval from Electrical inspectorate/KSEB for standardizing the scheme, preparation of contract agreement for enhancing the contract demand from 400kVA to 500kVA

Erection, testing and commissioning of 300kVA DG set including fixing of DG exhaust pipe line(5 Mtr height 6” dia.) supplied by the Dairy by providing necessary MS support ,including all required fittings, accessories and applying 2 coats of heat resistant primer and paint.

Supply and providing earthing

Supply and fixing of 25mm x 3 mm Cu Strip

Supply and fixing of 10swg copper wire

Supply and providing pipe earthing 38 mm dia 2.5 M length GI pipe conforming to IS 3043 standards filling salt, sand and charcoal ,construction of earth chamber and covering RCC slab including excavation

Supply and laying of 1.1KV Aluminium conductor insulated armoured (AYFY)cables(Poly cab/V-guard, finolex, Havells ) through trenches(Including excavation, cable trays, clamps, identification tags and route markers) 3.5*300 Sq.mm XLPE cable

Supply and fixing cable termination with suitable gland for 3.5*300 Sq.mm XLPE cable *One No. includes termination of one cable end with 4 sockets

Supply and fixing perforated cable tray made of 14 grade GI sheet ,channel size 75 X 15 mm and rung size 30 X 6 mm spaced 250 mm interval. The tray shall be suspended from ceiling using anchor bolt and angle iron support.200mm wide 50mm height.The cable trays and supports shall be painted with 2coats of Zinc chromate primer and 2coats of enamel paint.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new MSB panel, to be added to existing panel unit, with 800A TPN isolator for 300kVA DG incomer with castell key interlock, and 2 Nos. 250A TPN SFU(spare), cable incoming chamber and bus bar chamber with suitable accessories made of 14 G CRCA mild steel ,duly rust inhibited, degreased, zinc phosphated and powder coating painted with approved colour and quality, complete with 3" C channel frame throughout the base, hinged & earthed front doors, name plate, feeder details, heavy duty rubber gaskets, removable gland plates made of 3mm thick sheet steel, control wiring, and extending the bus bar with required accessories(Size 26(L) x80(H) x33(B) in inches) Incomer : 800A 4 pole isolator - 1 No. with Castell key exchange system- 1 set

Installation and commissioning of new CT /PT unit 11KV/110V of 30/5A ratio (Supply and testing of the item will be arranged by the Dairy) with necessary cable ,termination and all allied works
