SPECIAL REPAIR TO REPLACEMENT OF STREET LIGHT ELECTRIC PCC POLE TO STEEL TUBULAR SWAGED POLE AT SECTOR C MAKARPURA UNDER GE (A) BARODA.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter in wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for taking out cable/ pipe line not exceeding 10 sq meter on plan and not exceeding 1.5 meter depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) During the excavation damage of Road, Electric cable, Signal Cable should be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost.Surface should be matched as existing road. (ii) Digging shall be carried out by manual means only.

Returning filling in trenches excavated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50 mtr depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

M & L for sand cushioning to Brick cable with using clean dry and natural river sand gently punning below/around cable all as specified.Note : Punned thickness of sand shall measured and paid.

M & L well burnt bricks sub class 'B' as in protection of cable laid dry, flat abutting each other width wise all as directed

Dismantling/taking out street light Fittings (of any watt) from the Concrete poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Notes:- Led Street Light Dismantled from Concrete poles shall be deposited to the MES E/M Store ).

Dismantling/taking out junction box from the Concrete poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling concrete poles/struts including pcc of any size and removing old material from site and deposit it out of Military Station, making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified/directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out existing LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade PVC insulated armoured aluminium conductor from tranches/ducts/pipe, on wall, poles of size 25x4 Sqmm and removing unserviceable cable from site all as specified/directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core including taking out old cable & remove from site and directed by Engr in charge. Make Polycab/Havells/Gloster or as specified in list of make of PS.
