M&L for applying evenly a coat of bitumen primer on roof, canopy, chajja, parapet (vertical surface etc) @ 0.40 Litre / Per Sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density 250C, 0.87 to 0.89 litre and viscosity 70-160 cps after proper cleaning the roof surfaces (horizontal/vertical) and providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms / sqm) laid on primed surface with side over lap of 80 mm and end overlap of 100 mm, using bitumen torch or by LP gas torching and sealing all joints etc and ensuring complete thermo fusing and applying one coat of aluminum paint over it complete all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in subbase of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-22mm thick over and including 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6), laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-22mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10mm cement plastering in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.
