1. Beautification of yard (In front of Youth Hostel) : Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50m and lift upto 1.5m. All kinds of soil

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & amp; shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:3:6(1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources:6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 40x20x10cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for foundation and plinth for 10 cm thick wall in CM 1:6(1 cement :6 coarse sand) including cost of scaffolding etc. complete

12mm cement plaster of mix:1:6(1 cement :6 fine sand)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface: Water thinnable cement primer

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc. Including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shade : Two or more coats on new work

2. Side protection wall works : Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil and directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil
