Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (thirty centimetre) in depth, 1.5 m(one point five metre)in width as well as 10 sqm (ten square metre)on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m (fifty metre)and lift upto 1.5 m,(one point five metre) as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-15 grade plain cement concrete. (cement content considered @ 240 kg./cum(at the rate of two hundred forty kilogramme per cubic metre), with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.“(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is kg/cum.“Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable @ 330 separately).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights. Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressummers and cantilevers including carrige of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carrige of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work ready to use "cut and bend" rebars of approved make from factory/workshop to construction site including placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more including carrige of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including carrige of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix (1 cement: 6 sand)including carrige of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster 5 microns primer coating icluding fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm over all with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia and prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing MS BP sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-In-Charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid seprately) including carrige of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. Jafri cutting, fixing and welding to steel members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-In-Charge including carrige of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly under floor including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carrige of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 25 mm thick.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm.including carrige of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.including carrige of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing prepainted lining steel ceiling with 0.060 mm thick prepainted sheeting panets of steel channels base frame in ceiling,with prepainted screws complete(steel channels base frame to be measured and paid for separately)
