Survey of line using GPS, route alignment and , preparation of survey report and uploading in the web portal after approval of project manager.
Fitting and erecting one HT PSC Single Pole in position, fitting cross arm if needed, digging and back filling pit in all classes of soil (as per standards), drawing sufficient length of GI earthing leads to the ground for earthing etc.(excluding provision of earthing)
Fitting and erecting one HT 'A' type Single Pole in position, fitting cross arm if needed, digging and back filling pit inall classes ofsoil (as per standards), drawing sufficient length of GI earthing leads to the ground for earthing (excluding provision of earthing)
Providing concrete muffing of size 0.45x0.45x1.5m (0.5 m above GL and 1m below GL). Excavation 0.45x0.45x1m, concrete (1:3:6, 20mm) 0.45x0.45x1.5m, Plastering (1:3) 12mm 0.45x0.45mx5 sides

Fitting and providing one HT Fly stay for 11kV pole using HT PSC pole, drawing sufficient length of GI earth leads to the ground for earthing including excavation of stay pit in all classes of soil and back filling, erection of complete stay set along with GI stay wire ( 7/3.15 mm dia), binding of stay wire, providing guy stay insulator ( 2 Nos) and .2 cum concreting 1 part cement, 3 part sand, 6 part 40 mm size stone aggregate chips ( 1:3:6) as per technical specification, approved drawings etc. .
Fitting and providing one Strut using HT PSC pole using proper size of strut clamp ( GI) including digging and back filling pit in all classes of soil. The Cost includes cost of Strut clamp also.
Stringing of 11 kV Aerial bunched cable of size 3 x 150 + 1 x 120 sqmm with insulated Messenger through existing poles/ newly inserted pole providing loop where ever necessay and tieing the cables using UV plastic tie -Heavy Duty of Length as per standard ( including cost of plastic tie)). The work also includes 1. Touching clearance where ever necessary 2. Erection of Anchoring clamp / suspension clamp 3. Installation of MVT and its terminal connections where ever necessary 4. Pole numbering as per standards etc
Doing one cable end termination on HT ABC of sizes Up to 3x150+1x120 sqmm
Fitting one set AB switch on existing DP, giving connection and drawing sufficient length of GI earthing leads to the ground for earthing, excluding provision of earthing.
Erection of 11kV LA set ( 3 Nos) with supporting plates and giving all connections etc including cost of earth strip- GI ( 25 x 3mm) and its drawal.
Providing one Coil Earth using No.8 GI-earth wire (50mm dia, 115 turns) including digging separate pit (0.45x0.45x1.5m) at standard distance away from the pole/structure in classes of soil & backfilling.
Providing one Earth using GI earth pipe of size 40mm dia,2.5 m length including digging separate pit (0.45X0.45X2.5 m) at standard distance (1.5m) away from the pole/structure in all classes of soil and backfilling the pit with Bentonite powder and other accessories for improving earth resistance and providing earth chamber with covering slab complete.(includes the cost of adeqaute earth enhancing compound- Bentonite powder etc)
Transfering LT 3phase 4/5 wire OH line to newly erected HT/LT pole including dismantling existing cross arm and insulators, refitting same on the new pole, binding etc, complete
Construction of new 11 kV line using XLPE 3 C x 300 sqmm UG cable
Survey of line using GPS, route alignment and , preparation of survey report and uploading in the web portal after approval of project manager.
Excavation of cable trench of appropriate size ( normally 1.2 m deep and 0.35m/0.5m wide for single /double run) in all classes of soil including breaking clods, watering,rammimg and sectioning of soil bank etc and back filling the soil after cable laying and consolidating the soil in layer of 75 cm( excluding laying of cable). The cost includes temporary restoration charges along NH with 1:3:6 CC
Charges for HDD including survey of site information collection regarding underground Utilities, survey of utilities, pit marking,pilot drilling Pre-reaming pulling 110 mm dia HDPE pipe ( includes cost of HDPE pipe, temporary restoration charges for HDD pit with 1:3:6 CC etc.)
11 kV line for underground rail way crossing- Laying of 11 kV UG cable through railway crossing as per the approved specification of rail way authority. Two no of separate cable of size 3 x 300 Sqmm shall be laid in separarte HDPE pipe of size 160 mm per crossing. One cable to be kept as a spare. HDD method shall be used for installation of cable below the rail way track. The HDPE pipe shall be PE 80 grade with pressure rating PN 6 conforming to IS 4984/1995 and shall have wall thickness of 6.2 to 7.10 mm
Laying HT XLPE UG cable of sizes beyond 3x185 sq mm and upto and including 3x300 sqmm including conveying cable Store/stacking place to work site and laying it carefully using cable rollers, taking through stone ware/G.I.pipes at road crossing/culverts/bridges etc.and through already laid HDPE pipe of size 110 mm &160 mm (for Railway crossing) whereever necessary, providing identification tags at 5m intervals, filling the space around the cable with riddled soil and covering the top with concrete slabs providing cable route markers at 100 m intervals, inclusive of cost of all materials (other than cost of GI/HDPE pipe & UG Cable), labour and transport including crane charges excluding excavation and backfilling.
Mounting and connecting HT XLPE UG cable ends of all sizes upto and including 3x300 sq mm with special type cable clamps, bolts, nuts, terminal protectors etc.including cost of extra materials if needed and giving necessary jumper connections.
Doing one cable end termination on HT XLPE UG cables of sizes beyond 3x185 sqmm and upto and including 3x300 sq mm using the cable jointing kit after baricading, caution board and all other safety measures including charges for cable jointer etc. complete as per the direction of the departmental officers.
Fitting and erecting one HT Double Pole Structure using PSC pole in position including fitting 2 channel cross arms, digging and back filling pit in all classes of soil, drawing sufficient length of GI earthing leads through all cross arms to the ground for earthing (excluding provision of earthing).
Fitting one set AB switch on existing DP, giving connection and drawing sufficient length of GI earthing leads to the ground for earthing, excluding provision of earthing.
Fitting one Additional 2.4m/3m Channel cross arm (100x50x6mm), in existing 11kV DP including conveyance of materials.
Erection of 11kV LA set ( 3 Nos) with supporting plates and giving all connections etc including cost of earth strip- GI ( 25 x 3mm) and its drawal.
