The pendals are firmly fixed with bracings and with necessary frame work/rope etc., and the roof covered with thick white ceiling cloth along with all round frills (jallars) including anchoring to the ropes to the ground with suitable anchoring and necessary watch and ward against theft and fire accidents and incidental charges etc. complete as directed during execution. Hire charges for erection and removal of flat/sloped roof M.S pipes pendals using 40mm MS pipes for verticals . horizontals and roof supports etc., fixing with, special type gripper MS clamps ( Nandu clamps) , extra horizontal bracings should be provided from at 2.40 m to roof level and jointing with special type gripper MS clamps ( Nandu clamps)for horizontal bracings and column roofing including earth work excavation in all soils (Except rock requiring blasting) to a depth of 0.40m to 0.60m. The vertical posts are to be fixed strongly with out any shaking. The roof shall be covered with G.I sheet/Aluminium sheet/Galvalume sheet and firmly fixed to the purlins etc., complete as directed during execution .The rate including conveyance and hire charges of all materials such as MS pips, Clamps, G.I sheet/Aluminium sheet/Galvalume sheet etc. and labour charges for fixing and removal etc., complete .

Hire charges for providing White ceiling cloth for decorating the pendals and Mandapam with necessary frame work with decorative frills (jallars) around and border and decorative frills (jallars) at the centre with red or green colour or any other attractive colour wherever necessary etc., complete as directed during execution. The ceiling cloth should be pure white in colour and with out any patches and preferably new or neatly washed and should be in good condition through out the Festival or Ustvam period and should be removed after the same is over and should be repaired or replaced as and when torn out by any means including due to rain with out any extra cost .The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . The shelter shall be provided with adequate MS girders, MS trusses, MS purlins, bracings, tie rods, anchorages, bolts & nuts etc., suitably designed with necessary anchors to the ground to withstand heavy wind and rain. The shelter shall be firmly tied with cross anchors at all required places using MS strands etc., using necessary bolts, nuts, etc., The entire roof shall be covered suitably with GI sheet/Aluminium sheets/Galvalume sheets firmly fixed to the purlins etc., with necessary bolts/screws, washers etc., so as to have perfect rain proof roof. Covering shall be made such that the shelter shall be totally rain proof during heavy rains and the rain water shall be properly drained. (This rate is applicable when structure is provided using roof trusses.)

The entire roof shall be made of one layer of nylon net with opening of size 100 x 100 mm .The nylon net must be tied alround for stiffness and for tying at the ends. The entre roof is to be covered with PVC coated lacquered finish fabric of approved GSM (300 to 400) over the nylon net for providing shelter. Necessary tying arrangements to be made to the PVC fabric with nylon rope or any other suitable material to keep the same in position. (The rate is Excluding GST). Hire Charges for erection and removal of Steps and landings system including necessary supporting structure, hand railing, etc., for finished item of work for providing access to different Gopurams, Vimanams, etc., with the following specification: a. The Steps/Landings should be provided with using Country wood/ Sliver Wood planks, reapers etc. of required size and thickness covering total width as directed during execution. b. The M.S pipes hand railing using 40 mm dia & higher size MS pipes with necessary verticals & horizontals shall be arranged on both sides of the steps. The same shall be strong enough wihout any shaking, etc. c. The Colour Carpet /Coir mat should be spread over on entire Steps and Landings (including Treads & Raisers) and fixed with suitable fixing materials as directed during execution. d. The entire steps/landings shall be supported with suitable supporting structure using MS pipes, special type gripper clams etc., wherever the width of steps/landings is more than 0.9 mtrs., adequate intermittent supports shall be provided. e. The supporting structure should be strong enough to carry the loads with required verticals, horizontals, cross bracings, etc., required as directed during execution as per the site conditions to withstand to heavy loads. Necessary firm base plates at the ground levels shall also be provided.

Hire charges for erection and removal of barricading with MS pipes at required places with MS pipes of 40mm diameter using 2.45 m long verticals and 3 to 6 metres horizontals. The barrication provided such that it shall be 2m above ground level and 0.45 m pipe embedded in the ground with necessary earth work excavation in all soils up to 0.45m to 0.60 m depth (except rock requiring chiselling). The Horizontals shall be in 3 rows one at 0.50 metres from bottom and balance two rows at 0.70 metres intervals leaving top gap of 0.10 m to 0.15 m and using vertical pipes at a spacing of 2.40 mts to 2.70 mts using special type gripper clamps ("Nandu" clamps) for keeping the both horizontal and vertical intact and joining pins for horizontals. The barrication shall be strongly fixed without any shaking including providing inclined struts wherever necessary including labour charges for all the operations such as loading unloading erection, removal etc., including conveyance charges to site (both ways ) and removing the same after completion of the festival and taking away the material etc., duly refilling the pits and levelling the surface etc., complete as directed during the execution.
