Servicing, repair, maintinance of Air Circuit Breaker 800 Amps to 2000 Amps capacity by drawing out movable unit, forced air cleaning of movable and fixed unit, decarbonize breaker contracts and checking for any defects due to any flush/loose contact, cleaning of all fixed and moving contact point, terminal connection points with CTC, replacement of defective parts and re-fixing ACB, cables completes all as specified and directed. Note: (a) required male/female ACB contacts, trip coils, closing coils, electronic protection unit will be measured as supply only. (b) all cleaning agents are included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix LT 2000 Amps, 4 pole 50 KA breaking capacity, 415 V, 50 Hz, manual drawn out type and manually charged with micro processor ET6G trip unit, release protection system against over current, earth fault and short circuit with 2 NO + 2 NC auxiliary switch, main CTs, safety shutter, cradle guard, operating handles conforming to IEC 60947-2 & 3 all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of outer surface of complete LT Panel board of size upto 2 m x 2 m comprising ACBs/MCCBs/SDFs, busbar chamber, swich gear chamber, metering chamber cable termination/tray using one coat of synthetic enamel spray painting after preparation of surface, providing protection cover to all metering equipment, switchgears, cleaning of all non-metalic surface after completion of painting with paint remover all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling and taking out all cable connection from all switchgear and earthing connection of the indoor panel board, removing carefully the complete panel board of size not less than 2 m x 2 m using sufficient man power from base of panel and keeping aside, re-construction of damaged panel foundation in same place or other specified location with brick-work, plaster, foundation bolt, white wash to new plastered surface, reinstallation of complete panel and necessary cable end connection to respective switchgears, earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) Relaying of cables due to change of foundation of panel shall be measured and paid separately (ii) required additional length of cables shall be measured and paid separately, (iii) cable joints if require will be measured and paid separately, (iv) required aluminium cable lugs, nuts, bolts and washers, foundation bolts, white wash will be inclusive of quoted rate (v) Brick work/plaster work will be measured and paid separately.
