Demolition of cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work otherwise specifically provided for roof treatment including removing debris beyond the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including roof padding concrete including removing debris beyond the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Roughening old concrete roof surfaces by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust,etc and applying a coat of neat cement slurry at the rate of 3 Kg per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof paddings, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all asa specified and as directed.

M & L 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) Type B0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof where require over slabs and finishing the exposed surfaces fair even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: PCC as Roof Padding has to be done through RMC only as approved by GE.

M & L Rendering 10 mm thick CM (1:3) on concrete or roof terrace surfaces with using WPC @3% by weight of cement including finishing the surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M & L Priming the plastered roof surfaces with bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm and laying the APP modified water proofing membrane as perIS 16540-2017/ IS 16532-2017 mineral finish, 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.8 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester /HMHDPEmatt black finished over compatible primer/bonding bitumen with 100 mm overlap after necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufacturer’s instructions with bituminous aluminium paint on top @ 0.1ltr/Sqm.complete all as specified.

M&L 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: PCC as Roof Padding has to be done through RMC only as approved by GE.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick CM (1:4) on concrete surfaces of roof, parapet, chajjas, etc with using WPC at rate of 3% by weight of cement and finished the surface with necessary slope complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terrace,cleaning out,wetting,grouting with cement and sand slurry (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sweeping with wire brushes and cleaning with water over the roof aurfaces and applying one coat of water based bitumen emulsion primer at the rate of 0.3 litres per sqm after cleaning of the surfaces thoroughly from dust, dirt and projections and applying water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane of minimum weight 3.50 Kg per sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 grams per square metre) as per IS 3384 on primed surface by forced application over roof surfaces with the over laps of 10 centimetres over that a coat of blown bitumen of 85 / 25 at the rate of 1.2 kilogram per square metre over that a coat of bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 100 grams per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed

M & L Preparation of new plastered surfacesand applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Single layer Mangalore pattern tiles in roofing including cement mortar bed complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Mangalore pattern tiles with terracotta colour finish of approved pattern & design over roof set and jointed in cementious water proofing compound and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the Electrical connection, removing the copper line, discharge line of Split AC 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity including indoor and outdoor units and all accessories and re-installing at the same location and testing the whole unit of Split AC in new location and checking the leakage of Split type 1.5/2.0 Ton AC with the help of N2 Gas and after defecting and repairing the leakage, charge the sutiable refrigerant upto required level as specfied in suitable size and length of copper pipe and making the holes in wall complete all as specfied and directed by Engg in Charge.
