Providing Staff round o clock for operation and T&P required for repair / Maintenance & Operation of all type of electrical fixtures, DG sets, 20 mtr. High Mast, Pump sets, Electrical panel, feeder pillar, cable network and other accessories installed at Fruit & Vegetable market, Okhla and Onion sheds at Flower Market Plot, Okhla. The firm shall porvide minor items i/c all types nuts, bolts, screws, PVC Tape etc. as required at site free of cost.The minimum staff to be deployed by contractor shall be as under:- (i) Electrician / Wireman - 01 Nos. (ii) DG & Pump Operator - 02 Nos. (iii) Khallasi / Helper - 01 Nos.

Comprehensive annual maintenance contract of following installation i/c repair / replacement of all major / minor parts in pump, motor sets and pipe , valve, foot valve control panels as required (i) 20 HP booster pump set with control panel. 2 Nos. (ii) 03 HP Submersible pump set 2 Nos. (iii) 05 HP Vaccum Pump 1 No.

Servicing, Maintenance i/c B & C check of capacity 125 KVA DG Kirloskar Make complete with supplying & replacement of parts i/c Spin filter, Primary element, Secondary element, Engine Oil, Fuel pipe exhaust intel gasket, Water separator, Water hose sets, De-scaling of radiator, Cu-washer etc. as per scope of work and when required.

Diesel cost for 1 No. DG set of capacity 125 KVA at Fruit & Vegetable market, Okhla.

Comprehensive AMC of existing 48" ceiling fans (220 Nos.) i/c repair / replacement of all parts etc. as required at Fruit & Vegetable Market Okhla.

Taking out of defective submersible pump-set and re-installation of repaired pump-set in the bore well along with all pipes, submersible cable etc from a depth of approx 30 meters as required.

Dismantling & Re-erection & commissioning of the 16 mtr. High Mast lighting tower on the existing RCC foundation with the assisting of suitable size / capacity crane after attending fixing /repairing / replacement work.

Erection of metallic pole of length above 10.00 meter and up to 12.00 meter in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in brick ballast foundation etc. as required.

Supplying of following genuine & approved ISI marked material as and when required during contract period of one year. The price should be inclusive of all taxes, cartage etc. and should be valid for one year.
