EB RECEIVING - RING MAIN UNIT:-Supply, Installation, testing and commissiong of 1 No. 11KV, 630A, Motor Operator, Compact outdoor type extensible RING MAIN UNIT with vacuum circuit breaker and CTC(E) as per the Electrical Inspectrate/KSEB Technical specifications and standards both side extensible non drawout type gas insulated RMU. The RMU consists of 3 Nos of 630A, 25KA Air Braker/Load breaker/Isolator with suitably inter locked earth switch. The rate is inculssive of all taxes and duties and transportation insurance, lift lead and position and supervision charges, testing charges. The associated civil works for positioning the RMU with suitable RCC foundation etc complete as referred.

EB METERING - Supply, installation & testing commissioning of Outdoor type 11KV HT metering cubicle (IP 65) with Cl: 0.2 PTs &Cl: 0.2S CTs, TTB, Wiring as per the requirement of KSEB with all required accessories shall be provided. TOD meter of accuracy class 0.2S shall also be supplied and installed. These shall be tested by concerned authorities

Consumer Receiving - 11KV VCB : Supply, Unloading, shifting, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Outdoor Type, 11KV HT PANEL , Indoor/Outdoor Type suitable for 11KV, 630A, 350 mva, 3PHASE, 50 Hz, consisting of single 11KV Vaccum Circuit Breakers & Panel Boards made of sheet steel clad dust & vermin proof , free floor standing incluiding existinng base channels etc., with all accessories like power pack/battery charger as required for satisfactory operation in compliance with the statutory Electrical authorities and RRL Technical specifications.

Package SUBSTATION 11KV/ 1250 kVA DRY Type/INDOOR Type - Supply, Unloading, shifting, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 11KV PACKAGE SUBSTATION Indoor / Outdoor Type suitable for 11KV, 630A, 350 mva, 3PHASE, 50 Hz, consisting of single 11KV Vaccum Circuit Breakers, 1250 kVA Transformer & Panel Boards made of sheet steel clad dust & vermin proof , free floor standing incluidingexistinng base channels etc., with all accessories like power pack/battery charger as required for satisfactory operation in compliance with the statutory Electrical authorities &Specfications(The compact substation (USS) shall be with HT breaker on the primary side as specified in the BOQ complete with all safety& protection as per relevant Indian Standards & KSEI requirements. Off-load tap changing facilities to achieve -5% to +5% tap positions in steps of 2.50% shall be made. H.T. CABLE - Supply and Laying of HT-XLPE insulated FR PVC outer sheathed, inner extruded PVC SHEATH, 3CORE, ARMOURED, stranded ALUMINIUM conductor cables of cables per IS. The cable shall either be 'laid 'in trench 1.1 M wide 0.75m deep / RCC 'Hume pipe of size 250mm / ready-made cable tray with proper clamping. Rate shall be inclusive of cable tags, clamps, etc. Cable tags shall be of aluminium engraved sheets (2mm)tied at regular intervals of not less than 10mtrs.

Structural Steel support to support the exhaust pipes upto about 15 mtrs stack height with necessary steel. The final resposibility of the stability of the structure shall remain with the vendor. The DG stack is proposed to be self standing chimney. The necessary steel structure to support the chimney including frame is included in the scope of works. Vendor to submit the drawing showing the arrangement for support of structure. (The approximate height of the stack is 15 Mts)

MAIN LT PANEL & SUB PANELS : Fabrication, conveyance, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of self-supported, free standing powder coated cubicle type, 415V, 36 kA Switch Board of CRCA No.14/16 gauge sheet steel construction with cable entry facility at top/bottom. Cable alley, switchgear compartment, meter chamber, bus bar chamber etc. shall be fully segregated & compartmentalized. Shrouding with SMC sheet of 2mm thick and shrouding of live parts shall be with 3 mm FRP and two fastener screws and chamber partition at dropper connections with 3 mm FRP. Control wiring shall be with 2.5 sq. mm copper cable of 1100 volt grade for CT leads and 1.5 sq. mm for voltage leads with 2A SP MCB. All meters, connectors, lamps etc. shall have safe finger proof terminals. Doors shall be provided with 4 sq. mm flexible copper and socketed earth leads of green/green and yellow stripped PVC insulation. All copper joints shall be tinned. Knock- outs of proper diameter shall be provided on glanding plates. Ring type CTs shall be rigidly fixed to the cable chamber walls so that socketed cable cores can be easily taken through the CTs. The height of the operating handle of any switch gear shall not be more than 1.8 metres or less than 0.6 metres from bottom level of the switch board. All MCCB's are rotary operated handle with spreader terminals. Painting : Powder coated after seven tank metal treatment. Colour - Admiralty Grey as per I.S.S (RAL 7032). Enclosure : Degree of Protection - IP 54 or above. Doors / Cover : Doors with concealed hinges & bolted cover for bus chamber.Labelling : All incomers and outgoings shall be labelled. PVC identification ferrule numbers shall be used for all internal wiring. The panel manufactrere shoud have CPRI and ISO certification. PLC based AMF with load sharing system is required.The GA of all the Panels shall be got approved before fabrication.
