Unified System Integration for AMC Departments- Providing enterprise-grade system integration services for linking the Property Tax Database with internal and external departments of Akola Municipal Corporation as per Section 9.3 to 9.7, including: 1.Secure API-based integration with Municipal databases (Property Tax, Water Tax, Trade License, Construction/BPMS, Water Supply, Electrical) for real-time data exchange and interoperability. 2.Digital linkage of the Property Tax Register with State Stamp Duty, Registration, and Revenue Department systems using encrypted channels and automated validation workflows. 3.Aaple Sarkar Portal integration with secure authentication, automated workflows, and service tracking. 4.Unified MIS Dashboard with real-time analytics, cross-department KPIs, geo-mapping, and RBAC controls. 5.Unified RTS Portal development with SLA monitoring, automated service workflows, and compliance with Maharashtra RTS norms. Comprehensive maintenance, including security patches, version upgrades, bug fixes, and performance tuning for 3 years.

Property Tax–MSEB Records Integration- Providing services for Integration of property tax register with state utility records, Maharashtra State Electricity Board as per the scope of work section 9.8 (If and as ordered)

Digital Citizen Services & Chatbot Integration Project- Providing services for Design, Development, and Deployment and Implementation and Integration of WhatsApp Chatbot for Water Tax, Trade License, Construction Department, BPMS, Water supply, Electric, Birth and Death Registration department and Providing services for Mobile Based Application for Citizen Service Request and Doorstep Service Delivery as per The Maharashtra Right to Public Services letter no. बैठक-2025/ प्र.क्र.24/मुसेहआ/कक्ष-2 Date 09/09/2025 as per the scope of work section 9.9 & 9.10

The scope includes Firewall, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, SIEM setup, data backup and encryption, disaster recovery and business continuity, cloud hosting (MeitY & CERT-In compliant), software licensing, cybersecurity audits, cyber insurance coverage, staff training, 24x7 support, and compliance reporting as per the scope of work section 9.11(5 to 10) for 5 year (If and as ordered)

Providing services for annual maintenance for APIs mechanism. as per various scope of tender as per the scope of work section 9.12 for 4 year
