Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

Bidder shall be financially sound. Bidder shall submit audited financial reports for last five financial years preceding the date of bid submission, duly certified by the registered charted Accountant and calculated as per in the NIT in Tender Document.

The Bidder should possess valid Super Grade Electrical Contractors License issued by the Government of Karnataka as on the date of Bid Submission. In addition, the bidder should have the following qualifying requirement (Technical)

The bidder should have satisfactorily completed in the last five years at least one work of Construction of Stations/Transmission Lines/ Erection of Towers/Maintenance or rectification work of EHV Transmission lines/ One Terminal Bay of 66KV class or above voltage class on Total Turn Key, Partial Turnkey basis for the last five financial years in KPTCL/PGCIL/NHPC/NTPC/ any Govt., or public sector under takings & produce experience and performance certificate duly signed by competent authorities not below the rank of the Executive Engineer Electrical, which shall be in satisfactory service for a period of One year prior to date of submission of the Bid. Scanned copy of the supporting original Documents shall be uploaded

Bidders shall submit audited financial reports for last five years preceding the date of bid submission duly certified by Registered Charted Accountant. Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) of the bidder for best three years out of last five financial years ending on March or December as the case may be, shall not be less than Rs.7238671.00 which is calculated as in NIT of tender document

The Bidder must not have Black listed by ESCOMS or other electrical utilities/who are in the business of distribution of power

The bidder should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the preceding five years. A consistent history of awards involving litigation against the Bidder may result in rejection of bid

If part or full price sheets or prices are exposed in the Techno-Commercial sheets or Techno-Commercial Bid by the Bidder, then the offer of the Bidder will be rejected

An undertaking to source the supply of equipment/ material from KPTCL approved vendors only as per the QR for vendor registration, available in the KPTCL website i.e.,https://kptcl.karnataka.gov.in, link tendering & procurement application for vendor registration

Self declaration regarding Risk & cost

Certificate is to be uploaded by the Bidder agreeing to source the equipment/material for the work from the approved vendors who meet the eligibility clauses regarding restrictions on procurement from a country which shares a land border with India as specified in Annexure XVIII of the tender documents

A Certificate is required to be uploaded by Bidder regarding restrictions on procurement from a Bidder of a country which shares a land border with India in the format as specified in the clause No.1.5 of Annexure XVIII of the tender documents

The firm shall submit registration Certificate issued by statutory bodies/GOK.
