Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with clean and dry river sand for protection of UG cable with approved sand of uniform thickness. laid dry, filling in trenches and punning down in proper required layers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ of size 23 X 11.5 X 7.5 cm, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for boring for passing GI protection pipe up to 100 mm bore (dia) under road without disturbing the top surface of the road and taxiway complete all as specified and directed Note-Necessary infrastructure required for boring shall by arranged by the contractor and cost of the same included in quoted rates.

Supply and fix in repair steel tubing of size 40 mm dia, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches / road crossing / fixed on wall / pole with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts, etc. for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removal of rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of broken stone or boulder of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in paving/footpath of sub stn/pump house including finishing the concrete surface fair and even including demolition of existing concrete and removal of rubish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs, coping, etc. chamfered edges including necessary formwork if required including demolition of existing cement concrete and removal of rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class `B` bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work and finish the surfaces fair and even as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer including preperation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on ceiling and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer including preperation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinch chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured LT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor) of size 120 Sqmm, 3.5 core, 1100 Volts (earthed) grade, confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I) laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. with cable glands & suitable size of aluminium lugs including taking down old unserviciable existing cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe Shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and fixing mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders, framed balusters, walk ways; railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel works as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair to LT feeder pillar box by dismantling of burnt-out cable connections, bus-bars, MCCBs etc and painting to external surfaces with one coat of synthetic enamel paint and re-fixing of bus-bars, replacement of epoxy coated busbar insulators, serviceable MCCBs, all cable connection from busbar to terminals at both ends etc. including patch repair with electric welding for replacement of hinges, refixing of broken doors, replacement of locking arrangement with sliding bolts including PCC for reconstruction of foundation / coping etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : MCCB / cable connector required for replacement and required PCC for reconstruction of foundation / coping will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply only cable connector of length 0.5 m, made out of 35sqmm multistranded copper conductor single core PVC inner sheathed unarmoured cable including copper lugs, copper nut bolts etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for making sign board of size 1 x 1.5 meter for E/M installations at different location, made of stainless steel frame of 50mm x 50mm hollow square section stainless steel bar in all side including fixing arrengment of retro reflective sheet (encapsulated lens type) in white colour over the blue sticker, height exc. 100 mm but not exc. 150mm cut to size and paste on mild steel plate and paste on blue sticker which stick on stainless steel sheet as per manufacturer instructions and welded on 02 Nos 50 mm X 50mm hollow square section stainless steel of length 3.0 mtr including fixed in PCC foundation type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone agregate including taking down old existing unserviceable sign board complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for making schematic line diagram board of size 2000 x 1000mm for Electrical installations at different locations, made of second class hardwood frame (duly painted with 2 coat of black synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer) with 6.0 mm thick playwood base, fixing with flex materials having computerised line diagram and letter writting with different colours including taking down old unserviceable existing diagram board of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for making operating instruction board / notice board of size 2000 x 1000mm for E/M installations at different locations, made of second class hardwood frame (duly painted with 2 coat of black synthetic enamel paint over one coatof primer) with 12.0 mm thick water proof plywood base, fixing with escoline cloth, including provision of sliding glass with locking arrengment complete, including taking down old unserviceable instruction board of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for lettering made of radium reflective sheet (encapsulated lens type), height exc. 50mm but not exc. 100mm, cut to size and pasted on mild steel plate with adhesive as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for shifting of indoor / outdoor type LT panel board of any size with all accessories after disconection of outgoing and incomming cables, earth strips etc. and taking away from existing location and re-installation on the P.C.C./ brick platform duly grouted in the new platform constructed within 15 mtr from the existing location including reconnection of all outgoing and incomming cables, complete all as specified and directed. Note:PCC/brick work to be measured and paid under respective items.

Material and labour for preparation of steel surface of panel board of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for refixing of old serviceable precast concrete interlocking paver block of any size and type, laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 80mm thick and M-40 Grade machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 60mm thick and M-35 Grade machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.
