Extra rates for quantities of works, executed:In or under water and/or liquid mud, including pumping out water as required as directed by Engineer in charge,The extra rate is applicable in respect of each item but limited to quantities of work executed in these difficult conditions. The unit, namely, metre depth, to be considered for payment, shall be the depth measured from the sub soil water level up to the centre of gravity of the qty executed in difficult conditions. The depth shall be reckoned correct to 0.10 m, 0.05 m or more shall be taken as 0.10 m and less than 0.05 m ignored.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost and conveyance of all labour charges etc. complete at all levels as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying Antitermite treatement by injecting chemical emulsion Imidacloprid emulsiable concentrate .075% for pre-constructional treatement and creating a chemical barrier as per IS 6313 (Part ll) 2001 for wall trenches, foundation, top surface of plinth filling, foundation of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of the building, etc. complete conforming to manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Plinth area only to be measured for the payment ) (The above work shall be carriedout by an agency having sufficient experience and should ensure a warranty for a period of 5 years. Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose.)

SH: CONCRETE WORK Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc. complete at all levels as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Extra for laying concrete in or under water and/or liquid mud including cost of pumping or bailing out water and removing slush etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge .The extra rate is applicable in respect of each item but limited to quantities of work executed in these difficult conditions. Providing and applying of Acrylic water based road marking paint on paver block surface by brush/spray application with adequate nos of coats (2 or more coats)to give uniform finish with spreading rate of 10sqm/litre on dry clean surface with recommended DFT of 25-35 micro and conforming 1o IS-164 (1981) specification. SH:SPORTS FLOORING FIFA QUALITY PRO synthetic Football Turf Design, supply, installation, and testing of FIFA QUALITY PRO synthetic Football .Turf from FIFA preferred providers, consisting of and satisfying the following specifications: 1. Monofilament fibre with pile height not less than 50mm, made of polyethylene, abrasion resistant and UV resistant. 2. Shock absorbent and fungus resistant backing, with perforations for with perforations for drainage. It shall allow installation of turf using the method outlined in the Lab Test report. 3. Stabilising and performance infills as per Lab Test report on material from FIFA. 4. A test certificate of compliance to FIFA specifications shall be obtained after installation. Test report on the material shall also be furnished. A latest test report on material from FIFA is mandatory. A method of statement and product declaration must also be submitted before the installation of turf at the site. The country of Origin of the turf should be US, Canada, or any country from Europe. A COO (Country of Origin) certificate should be submitted along with the material. The football turf must include markings using the same. quality turf material. The price shall be inclusive of all materials, all wastage,customs duty and other incidentals for completion of the work, unloading and staging of rolls, sewing of seams, infilling with appropriate infills, dispensing, spreading and leveling equipment, brushing of fibres with all poly hydraulic controlled equipment, marking of turf lines with turf material, and field test complete. The payment to be made for the area of turf installed. The field test report shall be submitted after the installation of sythetic turf (The payment of field test report shall be paid under relavent item).The work shall be executed according to FIFA-approved drawings, • specifications, and methodology, following the FIFA quality concepts and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (The above work shall be carried out by an agency having sufficient experience in turf installation and should ensure a warranty of 5 years. Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed.)

Conducting FIFA Basic Standard Field Testing to give filed test report as per specification from FIFA FOR FOOTBALL TURF

FEP‑approved Padel Tennis Turf Design,Supply and Installation of FEP (Spanish Padel Federation) Approved Padel Turf from FIH/FIFA/WORLD RUGBY 1. Fibrillated or monofilament polypropylene artificial turf fiber with pile height not less than 12mm. baking of latex pp+net+sbr. yarn ~ 500 dtex 2.Shock absorbent and fungus-resistant backing, with perforations for drainage. It shall allow installation of turf using the method outlined in the Lab Test report. 3. Turf Laying: Precisely cut and align turf rolls; seam edges using Self-Adhesive Artificial Grass Turf Seam Tape. Ensure tight seams and even surface with no gaps or bulges 4 . Field Tests to be conducted in accordance with CE, SGS, RoHS, and REACH certifications. Conducting Field Test and providing field test report as per the specification of the international padel fedaration (FIP)after the installation of synthe turf for padel tennis

Supply and installation of an ITF-approved synthetic acrylic surface with an overall thickness of 5 mm, comprising 8 layers, to be applied over a properly prepared concrete base (concrete base will be paid separately in the relevant item). all markings in different colours, etc, complete as per the ITF standards. (The above work shall be carried out by an agency having sufficient experience in Synthetic acrylic surface installation, and only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed.)

Providing and supplying heavy duty injection adhesive for rebar fixing using Epoxy resin of 330/500ml HILTI HIT-RE 500 V3/or equivalent for fixing rebar.Embedment depth as mentioned from the Structural consultants, including supplying two component system consisting of resin and hardener in 3:1 ratio; filling above mentioned mortar with standard dispenser before inserting rebar strictly as per the manufacturers recommendations.The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per the manufacturers recommendations.The chemical anchor shall carry ETA, COLA and DIBT approval and fire approval. Application can be done in both wet & dry concrete condition, corrosion tested. The approved chemical shall be installed in hammer drill, diamond coring holes , including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges,tool rental charges, lead,lift etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.
