Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. Excluding rooting out

Providing earth filled bag wherever necessary including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc. complete and as directed by departmental Officers.

Drilling in soil consisting of earth and boulders using diamond drill, and re-drilling wherever required, including labour charges, machinery, air, water, etc.

Drilling in rock / concrete using diamond drill(without cores), and re-drilling wherever required, including labour charges, machinery, air, water, etc.

Pressure grouting with cement with/without packers at required consistency including all labour charges, machinery, equipment, air, water, etc. as per specifications and as directed by the departmental officers, but excluding cost of cement.

Providing anchor bars of varying depth using Tor steel, bend, jumped, etc. including cost and conveyance of steel, labour charges, etc. complete as per the specifications and drawing as directed by the departmental officers. including cost of care and diversion,its dismantling and dewatering.

Cleaning of exposed concrete surface of sticking material including loose and foreign material by sand blasting with coarse sand followed by and including cleaning with oil free air blast as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge 25 mm average thickness.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth levelThermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Cement concrete M30 with 20mm graded aggregates laying to lines and levels at all elevations, consolidating, curing, including cost of all materials, labour and conveyance charges, etc. complete but excluding cost of cement. (Without concrete pump)

Supplying, furnishing and installing 14 gauge welded mesh / chicken mesh for shotcreting/guniting wherever required at all elevations including cost of all materials and labour charges, etc. complete.

Shotcreting R.C.C. columns, beams and slabs etc. in layers with approved design mix concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement,coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria]including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners, admixture, finishing to smooth surface, labour charges, etc. but excluding cost & conveyance of cement as directed by Engineer- in-Charge ,75mm thick in concrete Grade M 25 , excluding cost of cement.

Providing and fixing in position 12mm thick bitumen impregnated fiber board conforming to IS: 1838, including cost of primer, sealing compound Grade-A in expansion joints.

Providing and Placing in position suitable PVC water stops conforming to IS:12200 for construction/ expansion joints between two RCC members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire before pouring concrete etc. Serrated with central bulb (225 mm wide, 8-11 mm thick) complete :

Supply and usage of cement at site including cost of cement, conveyance charge, storage arrangements, charges for stacking and restacking if necessary, etc. complete.

Providing & Applying weather proof sealant on outer joints of approved make confirming to IS & directed by Engineer-in-charge.Sealant 25mmx10mm at joints

Supply and usage of admixture at site including cost of admixture, conveyance charge, storage arrangements if nescessery etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers.
