REPAIR TO RIGID PAVEMENT AND CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT BY EPOXY AND FLEXO PETCH IN RUNWAY / TAXI TRACK AT AF STATION JAMNAGAR

NOTE -1 :- SITE FOR EXECUTION OF WORK :- Tenderer shall note that work shall be executed at Runway/taxi track/Tarmac & similar location. Site for execution of work will be made available to contractor on Saturday, Sunday, Holidays and non operational days or when Runway/Taxi Track or other location will made available by GE/Engineer-in-Charge after consultation with users, due to contractor will have to arrange his working programme accordingly. No claim whatsoever, for not giving the entire site, on award of work and giving the site gradually will be entertained. The contractor shall consider this aspect while quoting his rates.

NOTE -2 :- Work will be executed in different location for repair of small portions/patches in and around airfiled. The contractor shall consider this aspect while quoting his rates.

M&L for repairing pot holes / patches etc in existing cement concrete pavements by cutting out damaged portion around the pot holes with mechanical equipment into regular shape, 25 to 30 mm deep, removing the loose material to a distance exc 250 metre but n.exc 500 m and cleaning the cut out portion with compressed air to remove all foreign materials like dust, dirt, loose aggregates etc, priming the pot holes / patches with special primer recommended by manufacturer and filling with modified elastomeric concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Make: Chokesy Chemical (Product Name "Flex O Patch") or equivalent of make D.S. Brown / Vostik.

All as per item No 01 above but depth of pot holes / patches exc 30 mm deep but n.exc 40 mm deep.

All as per item No 01 above but depth of pot holes / patches exc 40 mm deep but n.exc 50 mm deep.

M&L for repairing pot holes / patches etc in existing cement concrete pavements by cutting out damaged portion around the pot holes with mechanical equipment into regular shape, 20 to 25 mm deep, removing the loose material to a distance exc 500 metre but n.exc 1000 m and cleaning the cut out portion with compressed air to remove all foreign materials like dust, dirt, loose aggregates etc, priming the pot holes / patches with epoxy primer and filling with high strength epoxy concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Make: FOSROC (Product Name Expocrete - EC) or equivalent of make / BASF / Chokesy Chemical.

All as per item No 04 above but depth of pot holes / patches exc 25 mm deep but n.exc 35 mm deep.

All as per item No 04 above but depth of pot holes / patches exc 35 mm deep but n.exc 45 mm deep.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of concrete pavement / black bituminous pavements / plastered surfaces etc over 10 cm width or girth by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, mouls, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying two coats water base road marking paint of any tint and any colour as approved in lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc all as specified and directed.

Make: APCOTRAK IS manufactured by Asian Paints or equivalent of make Jenson & Nicholson paints Pvt Ltd / Nerolac
