Taking down carefully surface aluminium or copper point wiring with PVC casing-caping (light, fan, socket, bell or power) including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc and making good disturbed surfaces complete.

M&L for point wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated FR-LSH multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm (Phase - Red, Neutral - Black) and earth continuity conductor 1.5 sqmm (Green) drawn into and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade not less than 20 mm dia ISI marked ivory colour with all conduit fittings / fixing accessories and sunken galvanized pressed steel terminal boxes of thickness not less than 1.2 mm covered with 3 mm thick phenolic laminated white sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators complete including making good the wall surfaces with matching colour on wall for the following (Cable Make : Havells / Polycab / Finolex / Plaza as approved):- Note : Cutting chases,pinning in ,making good for facings where required will be measured and paid separately.

S&F MCB distribution board powder coated, CRCA steel sheet constructed as per IS : 8623, degree of protection IP 54 - IK 09 with metal door, recess mounted, having insulated 100 amp tinned copper bus bar, neutral busbar, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnection, earthing connection, blanking plates in unused spaces as required with following ratings & ways:-

SPN, 240 volts, 4 ways. Make - Legrand cat ref no 607710 or equivalent in Hager or Indoasian(Cat Ref 811824) as approved.

S&F MCBs of 'C' series having breaking capacity 10 KA, ISI marked including required wiring connections with copper lugs of suitable size provided in MCB DBs of following ratings:-

Single pole 6 to 32 amp. Make - Legrand cat ref no 408587 to 408595 or equivalent in Hager or Indoasian (Cat Ref No 811122 to 811129) as approved.

Double pole 10 to 32 amp. Make - Legrand cat ref no 408631 to 408636 or equivalent in Hager or Indoasian (cat ref No 811168 to 811173) as approved.

Note for MCBs & MCB DBs:- MCBs & MCB DBs shall be of the same make.

Taking down MCB distribution boards with incoming and outgoing controls any make, any capacity after disconnecting complete.

Taking down carefully aluminium or copper submain wiring with PVC casing caping / PVC surface conduit and making good disturbed surfaces complete.

M&L for dismantling the unserviceable earthing connection and broken earth pit from its original position and making good by removing extra soil from site complete as directed.

M&L for pipe in pipe chemical earthing with GI pipe electrode 3.0 m long having outer pipe 80 mm dia & inner pipe 50 mm dia duly filled with highly conductive and anti corrosive compound of required quantity having chemical composition Bentonite 40%, copper sulphate 20%, Gypsom 5%, Graphite 10%, Alum 5%, Zinc sulphate 10%, Aluminium sulphate 10% burried in ground by digging a bore of 150 mm dia surrounded by soil friendly backfill compound non soluble in water including connection with galvanised earth wire 6 mm, making PCC pit of size 0.3 m x 0.3 m x 0.3 m (inner size) in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 6 mm dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6 mm dia bar and testing on completion to achieve value not more than 0.5 ohm complete. (Note - On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be re-done at no extra cost by the contractor).

M&L for testing carried out for IR (insulation resistance) test in building per circuit in Distribution Board wise on lighting / power load by disconnection and reconnection after testing in accordance with Regulation 127 of regulations for the Electrical Equipment of buildings as per specified format and provide the following test value on test sheet three copies with contractor signature by skilled electrician/ technician with necessay equipment (Earth Resistance tester and Insulation resistance tester / Megger) complete all as directed :-

M&L rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30 cm x 25mm thick set jointed in neat cement slurry pointed with grey cement and pigment in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.
