Dismantling and taking down all Existing old unserviceable Package type Central AC Plant (3X10 TR) along with all equipments indoor units, pumps with piping system, cooling tower, Duct system, LT Electric panels etc and transport for deposit at MES Store Yard, as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: (i) The rate is deemed to be included for dismantling of false ceiling and removal, making good to match the existing surfaces. (ii) The rates is deemed to be including for refixing of false ceiling wherever the changes of supply and return duct system.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Air cooled Floor mounted Packaged Type Inverter AC of capacity 13.5 TR, energy efficient with inverter type, Eco friendly refrigerant, hard drawn copper refrigerant piping between indoor and out door units, control cabling between indoor & Outdoor units, Canvas flexible connections at Indoor units, provide rigid PVC Drain piping 25 mm dia up to nearest drain point. Package AC should Comprising of hermetically sealed scroll compressor, cooling coil internally grooved copper tubing with aluminium fins, fans, motor, safety devices , hydrophilic coated suitable to work till 50 Deg C ambient, including grouted on ribbed rubber pads as vibration insulators along with all standard fittings, HP/LP cutout, single phase preventer, OLR suitable for operational on three phase AC electric supply, including required foundation for base and installation work as per OEM recommendation with making up good existing walls/floors/ceiling with existing finishes and electric switch breakers fixed on cable tray complete all as specified and directed. Material and laying of Refrigerant piping (Suction & Discharge) Hard drawn from hard copper tube of suitable sizes as recommended by OEM, with copper elbows, tees all connecting material for Indoor and outdoor unit connections. Note: One run of both Suction & Discharge pipe line along with insulation shall be measured as one length.

Supply and fixing of Hard PVC drain piping, Drain Piping 40 mm up to drain disposal area with nitrile rubber insulation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, assembly and erection of GI sheet of size 24 Gauge(0.63mm) with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, including all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, assembly and erection of GI sheet of size 22 Gauge(0.80mm) with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, including all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing and Application of Acoustic Insulation having 9 mm thickness at Inside the Duct with Engineered Nitrile Rubber open cell foam with Density 140 to 180 Kg/m3 using manufacturer's recommended Rubber based Adhesive in a blend of solvents complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing of AHU room acoustic insulation having 25 mm thickness with suitable accessories and adhesive after filing the pits on the wall to make it finish and the insulation density should be 140-180 Kg/cm3 as per OEM recommendations for making sound proof in air conditioning area complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & Installation of Thermal Insulation having 13 mm thickness on Ducts/ceiling not exposed to sunlight using Closed Cell Class O Nitrile Rubber Elastomeric Insulation of Density 40 to 55 Kg/m3, T using manufacturer's recommended Rubber based Adhesive in a blend of solvents complete all as directed.

Material and Labour superior quality of Canvas connection complete all as specified and as directed Notes for Item No 1 to 10 :- (i) The false ceiling along with accessories required to be removed during the erection of ducts/AC units shall be repaired/replaced to existing shape or as per site requirement and as directed by EIC. The cost required for the same shall be deemed to be included in the above unit cost. (ii) The work shall be carried out through OEM/authorized agency. (iii) If required capacity not available, the next higher capacity shall be provided by the contractor and the cost for the same deemed to be included in the unit cost. (iv) Any special items/accessories left out in the contract for successful completion of the work shall be provided by the contractor and the cost for the same deemed to be included in the unit cost. (v) Necessary PCC foundation for indoor and outdoor units all be provided as per OEM specifications including replacement of LT control panel to equipment and control cables. The cost required for same shall be deemed to be included in the above unit cost. (vi) Any wall cutting and other works made during the execution of works to be finished as per existing surface and necessary colouring to be done all as specified and as directed. The cost for the same shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, buried directly and vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Metre deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected with and including galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6mm (Upto length of 7.5Mtr strip including) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (reinforced with 8mm dia @ 120mm C/C both direction) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing and connecting up Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe as directed/specified for loop earthing etc as required of galvanised iron strip of size 32 x6 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note: This item shall be measured for the quantity used at site after the length of strip 7.5 Metre.

Supply and fixing 4 pole MCCB 63 Amps, 50 Hz, 415V with rupturing capacity 25 KA all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for alteration works of ducts with duct branches/false ceiling for making leak proof between duct, diffusers (supply/return air ducts) carefully without damaging the existing calcium silicate false ceiling complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: - (i) Any damages occurred during alteration works, the same may be fixed/repaired as per existing at the site by the contractor. (ii) The rate for the same deemed to include in the above quoted rate.

Material and Labour for checking of existing condition of air ducts making the arrangement of visualisation and the process for disinfection for Indoor air quality of AC ducts including plenum box, supply air, return air ducts with robotic camera, compressed air with flipper, HEPA Negative machine, air compressor, various types of air nozzles all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for Sanitization of ducts by using fogging machine, Bio-cides so as to avoid fungal/Bacterial formation inside the ducts of AHU units/AHU rooms by using with permissible chemicals with suitable equipments complete all as specified and as directed.
