Contract Details

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for any work as directed and specified .

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding, 40mm thick, finished the surface fair and even all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screeding 10mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch A (BOQ).

Supplyt only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for APP based polymeric water proof membrane, minimum 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6 kg per square metre, black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt with thermo finish laid over compatible bitumen primer @ 0.30 liters per square metre and applying a layer of blown grade bitumen (conforming to IS -702) 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm with help of torching with a proplane or a butane gas using torch with minimum overlap of 75 mm at side and 100 mm at ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer's instructions.Complete all as specified and as directed. For parapet the membrane will be taken to a height of 30 cm and then inserted inside the parapet in a groove (No separate payment will be made and the measurement will be done for horizontal surface ).Including applying a coat of 85/25 penetration Industrial bitumen over top surface @ 1.2 kg/Sqm and binding materials such as sand in dry condition @ 0.5 to 1.00 Kg/Sqm shall be dusted over the bitumen complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- 1. APP based polymeric water proofing membrane shall be purchased directly from the manufacturer or their authorized distributors) .

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm bore and connection including cleaning for refixing complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old serviceable 15 mm GI tubing and connection in new or old position (Wall, ceiling floor etc.) including necessary fittingS&Fixtures ie. Union, nipple, socket etc. complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fix 15 mm bore medium grade galvanised steel tubing with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor complete incl ie. Union, nipple, socket etc. all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20mm bore and connection including cleaning for refixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix for 500 litre capacity rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling of existing water tanks of syntax complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash hand basin, white, size 550 x 400 mm including brackets, chromium placted waste coupling &PVC waste pipe of 32 mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair for 15 mm bore dia of pipe ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (min weight 20mm - 210 gms) comnnection complete all as specified

S&F in repair for 20 mm bore dia of pipe ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (min weight 20mm - 210 gms) comnnection complete all as specified

S&F (in repair) 15 mm bore fancy type long body bib taps brass chromium plated screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule including flench complete all as specified & directed.

S&F (in repair) 15mm bore pillar taps, brass chromium plated, fancy type screwed down high pressure with or without lettered, hot or cold with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed to iron pipe complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm dia chromium plated angle cocks/stop valves, brass, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, flench screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm bore concealed stop cock, chromium plated, long shank copper alloy, screwed down with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of storage water tank of PVC/HDPE exc. 250 ltrs but n. exc 500 ltr capacity staged over RCC roof/floor slab or similar place inside /outside bldgs by removing float valves carefully, thoroughly cleaning the wall, floor and ceiling of the tanks, mouth of pipe etc, removing the dirty water, sludge and other depositions to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr to make the tank totally dirtfree and finally cleaning the water tank with fresh water till water becomes clear to entire satisfaction of Eng-in-Charge and as specified in particular specification and refixing of float valves all as specified and directed

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
