Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220)

Removing of all unserviceable Ply wood from charpoy GI pipe tightening the complete charpoy i.e. loose check nuts, elbows long rails & short rails and S&F of suitable 12 mm thick 7 Nos of ply BWR ply wood (ISI Marked) in top of charpoy of size 1980 mmx920 mm and supply 2xNos stiffeners 'U' type per charpoy make to shape out of 1020x40x5 mm thick flat iron fixed to frame with 4 Nos of nuts and bolts and washer of size 6 mm dia, 17 mm long per stiffeners (A total of 12 Nos nut and bolts with washer including 3 Nos holes on each rails and 2 Nos on each short rails and 2 Nos holes on each MS flat Iron shall be provided to fix the plywood with the frame). Nuts provided shall be galvanized counter shank. MS flat Iron will be painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint black colour of all as specified and directed. Make of plywood Kit/National/Century plywood .

Removing old unserviceable long rails from charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing new long rails made out of 32 mm bore medium grade GI pipe duly threaded on both ends and fixing to charpoy complete of all as specified and directed.

Removing old unserviceable short rails from charpoy GI pipe and fixing new short rail made out of long rails retrieved vide items No 2 here in before duly threaded on both ends and fixing to charpoy complete of all as specified and directed.

Removing old unserviceable legs from charpoy GI pipe and fixing new legs made out of short rails retrieved vide item No 3 here in before duly threaded on one end & provided with wooden plug on the other end complete of all as specified and directed.

Removing old unserviceable elbow and supply & fixing new elbow 32 mm bore 6 mm thick (ISI marked) complete of all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable check nuts and supply & fixing new check nuts 32 mm bore 6 mm thick complete of all as specified and directed.

Removing of Old unserviceable MS shoes 32 mm bore of legs of charpoy GI and suply and fixing of MS Shoe 32mm bore internally threaded and painted with two coated aluminum paint over a coat of printer red oxide of all as shown on drg
