Following work is to be carried out for Repairing and overhauling of 132 KV ABB Make C.B.s installed at 132 Pilibhit Bay and 20 MVA T/F-I HV SIDE at 132 KV S/S Bisalpur Pilibhit.

Inspection and Rectification of gas leakage in 132 KV ABB make SF6 CBs by detection and there after opening of leaking pole assembly from uper & lower terminal flanges. Dismantling of the poles for attending the gas leakage. Cleaning of all grooves of flanges and porcelain with petrol, scrubber pad and acrylic solution. Replacement of all O-ring of the pole and gas pipe fittings and Reassembly of pole by appling anabond adhesive at required places, checking of pole by evacuation of pole upto 760 mm Hg. and testing of vacuum for 12 Hrs. Refilling of SF-6 upto required pressure. Erection of the same pole after checking of proper operation of CB from local and remote.` Note- All materials, T&P except SF-6 Gas required for execution of work will be arranged by the contrcator at his own cost.
