Galvanised steel water tubing 20mm dia medium grade ISI marked screwed socketed joints complete with all tube fitting (such as bends, elbow, tees, short pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc) and fixing to wall complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs, or laying in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

100mm cast iron sluice valve of pressure class PN-1.6 type (IS 13095 Marked) flanged and drilled at both ends, ISI marked having gun metal spindle and rings including two numbers flanged socket and jointing materials such as bolts, nuts, washers, rubbers/ fibre board gasket, fixed in repairs / replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Mild steel work using MS angle / channel sheet, framed structure for support base for fixing of motors required & including all type of fabrication work cutting ways, drilling, welding, suitable size bolts & nuts and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified including dismantling / taking out old rusted base complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, Benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, saucer drain(including finishing top surface of drain even and smooth without using extra cement), water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, and similar work including use & waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulders/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, ashlar facing, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Stone masonry walling or squared walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses using dressed same size Porbandar stone of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard dense soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated hard dense soil exc. 250 m and n. exc. 1.5 km, depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of valve chambers 1000 mmx1000mmx1000 mm with 15 cm thick solid concrete block masonary, block casted using PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 mix built in cement and sand mortar 1:4, 15 mm plaster to internal surfaces and external surfaces up to 15 cm below ground level and top of floor in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, 2 mm thick MS sheet cover including 40x40x6 mm MS angle frame embedded in 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, with 25x6 mm flat iron hold fast, handles, hinges with locking arrangements, applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surface and earth work in soft /disintegrated rock disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50 m. complete all as specified and directed.

DI spigot socketed pipes / centri fugally cast class LA pipes such as bends of any type, radius and angle tapers any type (straight, bend increasing, decreasing or double sockets etc) Tee pieces single branch 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plug size upto 200 mm bore, all as per IS 1538-1993, ISI marked including takingout old unservicable fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Run lead joint for 100 mm bore pipes / fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Run lead joint for 150 mm bore pipes / fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Air cock brass suitable for air release in pipes of size 80 mm to 150 mm fixed in repair / replacement complete all as specified and directed.
