S&F 6mm thick two piece AC serrated ridge for corrugated sheet, fixed with 'L' or 'J' type hook or cranked bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.63mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of designer tiles(high pressure steam Cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS:14862) of size 595x595mm and approved design ( Cascade or Electra or equivalent) in true horizontal level, suspended on inner locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grms, both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32mm made from 0.3mm thick MS powder coated/GI sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main “T” at 600mm C/C to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondly cross “T” of length 600mm and size 15x32mm made of 0.30mm thick MS powder coated/GI sheet to be interlocked at middle of 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle 15x20x0.36mm and laying false ceiling tiles and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including, required cutting / making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash through fasteners, GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with galvanized butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200mm c/c along main “T”, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all “T” sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint and black painted groove at center of size 4mm depth and 4.5 mm width, at all heights as per directions including dismantling of wall and ceiling board or insulation board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation board/slabs/ blankets any thickness including cover fillet and removal from site for taking into schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick walls finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Prepartation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for new plastered surface on walls and applying two coats cement based paint over one coat of cement base priming paint complete.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying 1.00mm thick wall care putty of approved makes as on wall surfaces and a coat of wall primer and two coats of oil bound distemper (White or tinted) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete Type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

S&F TMT reinforcement bars 8 to 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 2nd class hard wood in timbers scantling fixed in clean sawn complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly surface of wood and wood based surfaces by knotting, stopping etc of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.
