M&L Cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and completed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete Type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in kerb including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165c.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed..

S&F mild steel flat iron straps as in posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wirte mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work coforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts of 10mm dia and length exc 5cm but n exc 10cm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F PVC coated chain link fencing ( mesh 50 mm X 50 mm size) nominal dia of wire 3 mm ( including pvc coating ) fixed to fencing posts using suitable bolts and nuts complete all as specified (nuts and bolts shall be measured seperately)

M & L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance exc 250 m and n exc 500m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Coarse aggregate for granolithic floors graded from 12.5mm to 4.75mm under floors or in foundations spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick incl well ramming including watering as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 8 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with approved water proofing compound over backing coat of 12 mm thick in CM 1:6.on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- supply of WPC will be measured paid seperatily

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered external wall surface and applying two coats of weather proof (Apex Ultima of M/S Asian paint or equalant make given in list of make) paint over a coat of weather proof primer over a coat of sealent base coat, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Rolled sections (Tublar sections) as in main pillars and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down of existing roof treatment consisting of any descriptions (brick,tiles,concrete) and removal of dismantled materials to adistance exc 500m and n exc 1 Km complete all as specified and directed

M & L Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1: 2: 4 Type B 0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate)as in levelling course of roof with WPC complete all as specified and directed Note:- supply of WPC will be measured paid seperatily

M&L for Concrete bed of width 300mm PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 including packing under, and haunching against the top of roof and side of parapet wall complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendeing 10 mm thick on concrete/brick surfaces in CM 1: 4 with using WPC finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed Note:- supply of WPC will be measured paid seperatily

M&L preparing roof surface by removing oil,dirt,laitance and other contaminants manually and providing and applying pitch free polyurethene water proof coating using Fosroc Nitoproof 600 or equivalent over dry surface at 1.5mm thick in 2 coats with interval period of 6 hours between application of each coat over the substrate at coverage rate of 2 Kg/Sqm using spray/squeege/roller/brush. Water proofing coating shall have the elongation of 200% (ASTM D412-90,tear resistance greater than 7N (ASTM D 624-00) and tensile strength of 1.5N/mm2 (ASTM D412-90) and it should have a soild content of 80-85%. Laying 200gsm non woven geotextile membrane over Nito roof 600 coating with overlap sealed before providing screed concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Note 1: The contractor shall submit a written warranty for the effectiveness of water proofing treatment for 10 years from the certified date of completion of work in stamp paper of value Rs. 200.00 Note 2: The work shall be executed through a specialized agency or through authorized applicator of manufacturer.

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite work (table rubbed and polished) stone slab as in table top fixed to SS frame work complete all as specified and directed. Note 1: Colour shall be jet black superior quality as approved by GE 2.Quoted rate includes the fixing of granite to SS frame work with bushes/bolt nut of SS materials etc. 3. SS frame work shall be measured and paid under relevant items of BOQ.
