Cutting in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper, blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling/wedging out of rock( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering wherever required setting out to the required line grades, side slopes trimming bottom and level as shown on the drawings and sorting out useful/un useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lift and transportation of the un-usful materials and then disposing of surplus excvated earth through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and all labour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by all means (if any required). Recovery for useful stone of 831.72 Cum @ 300/- per cum amounting to Rs. 249516/- only shall be done on prorata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect.

Excavation in earth work in all kinds of soils and disposal of all excavated earth up to any leads such as pick work, jumper work and blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomrate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chieseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out watering/dewatering upto any lift and disposal of all excavated earth up to all leads,lifts and other incidentals and as per directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomerated rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil, chieseling work and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out watering/ dewatering up to any lift, stacking the excavated soil up to any lead from the edge of excavation and then returing the stacked soil in layer when required into plinth, sides of foundation etcetra. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads and lift and carriage of materials in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomerated rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil, chieseling work and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out watering/ dewatering including dressing of side and bed and disposing of excavated earth upto all leads and lifts, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as directed with in all leads and lift and carriage of materials in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in earth work for structure in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of soil ordinary, & blasting work soft and hard rock with chiseling/wedging out of rock( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil. If water is met in the spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion, pumping and bailing out and the excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost , including dressing of slopes and beds setting out confirming to required lines, grades , side slopes as shown in the drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge and transportation soil to road way and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in required width of road or on approved dumping sites including its stacking leveling and dressing in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation including head load animal load or mechanical means or other incidentals to complete the work as per technical specifications clause 305.1. All useful materials, such as stone shingles agg. and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along road sides to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution of disposal of serviceable and un-serviceable materials which shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect. construction of shoring and barcing removal of slumps and other delterious material and back filling in trenches with executed suitable material.

Filling with sand under floor including watering, raimming, consolidated and dressing complete. including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipements and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

(Three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm.(thirty into thirty into five milimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs.(four metre) and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in: (a) Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipements and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain/reinfocement concrete in open foundation 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand :eight graded stone aggregate 25mm (twenty five milimetre nominal size) mechanically mixed in R/Walls complele as per drawings and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling / carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement : Five sand : Ten graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated with 15% (Fifteen percent) plums and curing complete including the cost of form work for plain/ reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls, the size of plum should be 150mm(one hundred millimetre ) to 300mm(Three hundred millimetre ) as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specification within all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Grade M-10 (M-Ten) 1:3:6 (one cement: three sand: six graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre nominal size) Including the cost of form work in B/Walls and Protection walls etc. including all leads and lifts of materials to various location through all mode of transportation and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (Twenty Five) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of from work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concerete work. The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S code and PWD specification. The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge prior to the casting. The theorincal consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S code. (i) Foundation, footing, bases of column and mass concrete. including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipements and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (Twenty Five) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of from work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concerete work. The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S code and PWD specification. The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge prior to the casting. The theorincal consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S code Suspended floor roof, land and shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever above plinth upto all floor level including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipements and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S code and PWD specification. The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge prior to the casting. The theorincal consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S code Columns pillars, posts and struts upto all floor level. including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipements and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S code and P.W.D specification. The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge prior to the casting. The theoritical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S code in mouldings as in cornices windows sitlls etc. upto any girth upto all floor level including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipements and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

The theoritical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S. code. in Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10 metre thickness) attached pilasters buttersses,plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor all level, including carriage of materials with in all leads , lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-20 (twenty) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complate excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concerete work. The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S. code and P.W.D specification. The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer-In-Charge prior to the casting. The theoritical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S. code. in Suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams , girders, bressumers and cantilever, upto all floor level, upto floor all level, including carriage of materials with in all leads , lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain/rainforced concrete in open foundation PCC grade M-20 (M-Twenty) 1:2:4 (one cement: two sand :four graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetre ) nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundations and plinths or similar works complele as per drawings and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 & 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. (rainforced cement concrete) work including bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete upto floor all level including carriage of materials with in all leads , lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand), including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipements and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto all floor level in second class bricks with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipements and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level up to all floor level in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement: three sand) (second class brick) including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipements and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for forming cavity 5cm. to 7.5cm.(five centimetre into seven point five centimetre) wide in cavity walls with necessary weep and vant holes including use of cores and cost of providing and fixing bitumastic coated M.S. Ties of 25mm x 3mm (twenty five milimetre into three milimetre)section at not less then 3 (three) ties per square metre as per approved design. (second class brick) including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipements and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement :six sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetre nominal size) at plinth level in Cement Mortar 1:6 (one cement:six sand) including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipements and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Squared rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:3. Squared rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:5. Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregate as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm (six hundred milimetre) with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification 1204.3.8. including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipements and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry /stone masonary/ plain reinforced concrete abutment,wing wall,returen wall with of 100 mm (one hundred milimetre) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1( v):20( H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 614,709,1204.3.7 within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors,windows,clerestory,windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position.second class deodar wood.including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipements and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing wood work in frames of false celling partitions etc. sawn and put-up in position with first class kail wood including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipements and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 40 mm (forty milimetre) thick panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows. Including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws second class deodar wood including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipements and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
