Providing cold insulation to the cylindrical middle portion of chlorine storage Tank with expanded polystyrene of T.F .Quality to a thickness of 150 mm in two layers of 75mm each, including providing two coats of bituminous paint after cleaning the surface thoroughly ,applying hot bituminous ,fixing of polythene bonded hessian cloth as vapor barrier and sealing the joints with blown grade bitumen as adhesive including cost of all materials,wastage of materials ,hire for tools, scaffolding and labour charges all safety precautions like safety net, safety belt & life line for hooking safety belt wherever necessary, safety helmet goggles / face shield , safety shoes , at contractor own risk and cost ,approved by engineer in charge and safety engineer including obtaining safety permit approval from concerned section before work starts on each day, site clearance etc., complete as per IS14164:2008 specification

Providing cold insulation to the support leg of chlorine storage Tank with expanded polystyrene of T.F quality to a thickness of 150mm in two layers of 75mm each , including providing two cost of bituminous paint after cleaning the surface thoroughly applying hot bitumen, fixing of polythene bonded hessian cloth as vapor barrier and sealing the joints with blown grade bitumen as adhesive fixing 22 g x 12 mm G.I. wire mesh , application of 15mm thick 1:3 cement plaster over the support leg only including cost of all materials , wastage of materials , hire for tools scaffolding and labour charges ,all safety precautions like safety net, safety belt & life line for hooking safety belt wherever necessary , safety helmet,goggles face shield ,safety shoes at contractor own risk and cost ,approved by engineer in charge and safety engineer including obtaining safety permit approval from concerned section before work start on each day ,site clearance etc., complete as per IS14164:2008 specification. (Required cement will be issued free of cost by TCC)

Providing 22 gauge aluminum sheet sheet cladding to middle cylindrical of cold insulated chlorine storage tank as per standard practices and instructions at all locations and elevations for all sizes, including cost of aluminum sheets, G.I. screws, fasteners or Fixing of polythene bonded hessian cloth as vapour barrier , fixing 22 S * 12 mm G I mesh ,aplplication of 15 mm thick 1:3 cement plaster ,applying a coat of shalikote over the dust cloth etc ., etc. all labour charges , hire for tools and paint ,scaffolding charges all safety precautions like safety net ,safety belt & life line for hooking safety belt wherever necessary ,safety helmet goggles / face shield , safety shoes , at contractor own risk and cost, approved by engineer in charge and safety engineer including obtaining safety permit approval from concerned section before work start on each day, site clearance etc.
