Supply and fix in repair of Insulator pin type porcelain vitreous, white brown or green 150mm height and 150mm dia including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized washers and one galvanized iron nut for conductor working pressure 33000 volt grade complete all as directed incl disconnection and taking down existing complete all as specified and directed.

Note:-Installation/Yard shall be kept clean by removing shrub/bushes etc throughout contract period and same shall be measured & paid only once after completion of contract.

Repair to 33 KV Outdoor VCBs control wiring incl tripping ,measuring & protective devices with outdoor Marshaling box of 3.15 MVA ,33./11 KV OLTC TFR having OTI,WTI,Buckholz relay with Outdoor VCBs,OLTC& Indoor control tfr & Control panels with changing of Minor spares if reqd as per directed by Engrin charge. Note : (i) Control cable & Major Spares shall be measured & paid separately under relevent items.

Servicing 33 KV yard structure complete including replacement unserviceable jumper, sleeves vice type conductor, bolt nut and washers connecting lugs / thimble knife contact, PG clamps applying petroleum jelly to the moving as well as fixed contacts tightning all the connection for its smooth functioning preparing old painted surface of this structure such as poles, cross arms, bracing supports, clamp and back plate complete painting of two coats of anti corrosive weather proof heat resistant aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and phase marking of post insulators, GOD, lightening arrester, CT,PT etc with red, yellow blue paint on all equipments inside the MRS all as directed at site by Engr-in -charge. Note: No extra payment will made for the spares reqd to keep the yard structure in satisfactory functional throughout contract period other than given in schedule complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for stone graded course aggregate of 40 mm grade nominal size with out any vegitation or chemical including levelling/spreading surrounding HT/LT 2/4 pole structure,LT/HT panel complete all as specified & directed

Taking out of HT /LT cable ,11KV OR 1.1 KV of any size from ground or poles etc and testing for serviceability and kept aside for reuse including proper rolling, loading unloading, transportation etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work for the same shall be measured and paid separately.

Laying only of existing serviceable cable HT/LT ,11KV OR 1.1 KV in ground retrieved against item No 31 here and before complete including unrolling, unloading, transportation etc testing connections complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing connection from LT Panel /Busbar chamber/Feeder Piller/Electric Poles/Building carefully (any capacity,any type) carring out repair work at site including replacement of unserviceable /defective screw/nut & bolts/washers/lugs/Spreaders/Hinges of doors/Repairt to locks& handles /Indication lamps/Meters/Cables glands/Busbar (Copper/Aluminium)etc rifixing the fittings in its original or other location after complete two coat of enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer after scrapping thorougly the existing correded paint ,dirt/dust,oil &grease with painting of inside & outside panel incl cleaning/scraping inclding removal of bushes,creapers and trimming of branches around the LT panel /busbar chamber/Feeder Piller/Electric poles inclding takingout fixing site complete all as specified and directed Note : (i) if any major repair is required , attending complaits and replacement of any nature in LT power network at any point and time,the major items ie MCCBs,ST through jont ,PCC etc shall be replaced with respective items of Sch A with paiad saparately (ii) Tools,ledder,vehicle required to carry out the work shall be provided by the contractor.

Painting to sub stn gates of size 230x170cm with two coat of enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer after scrapping thorougly the existing correded paint , dirt /dust,oil & grease complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing old surface plastered on wall and one coat white washing on old decorateed surface of existing structure wall at MRS complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCCBs in existing LT panel box /Feeder piller boxes of capacity 400 Amps 4pole breaking capacity 35KA Ics=100% Icu with thermal as well as magnetic balance adjustable setting type inclding taking down old unserviceable burnt out MCCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCCBs in existing LT panel box /Feeder piller boxes of capacity 200 Amps 4pole breaking capacity 25 KA Ics=100% Icu with thermal as well as magnetic balance adjustable setting type inclding taking down old unserviceable burnt out MCCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCCBs in existing LT panel box /Feeder piller boxes of capacity 100 Amps 4pole breaking capacity 16 KA Ics=100% Icu with thermal as well as magnetic balance adjustable setting type inclding taking down old unserviceable burnt out MCCB complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out transformer from its position from location under GE DDn for repair/servicing/rewinding of following capacity with OLTC ,11/.415 KV, disconnecting/ opening HV,LV electrical ,earthing connections complete with transportation to authorised workshop (upcl authorised company as approved by accepting officer making necessary arrangements of T&P (Crane,recovery,vehicle etc) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete overhauling of On Load Tap Changer (OLTC) and including replacement of wiring conductors ,connectors including wiring of control cable connections complete all as specified and directed

Supply & filling the new transformer oil, confirming to IS ,die electric strengh of oil shouid not less then 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap of for topping up/replacement to required level of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix transformer breathers transparent of standard size suitable for 3.15 MVA transformers 33/11 KV volts cast alluminium transparent type including removing the existing u/s one complete all as specified and directed.

Filtration/dehyderartion of the existing transformer oil at site of any make of transformer and capacity upto required dielectric strength as per IE rules and refilling in the transformer upto required level complete all as specified and directed. (The diectric strength should not be less than 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap after filtration process)

Supply & Fixing in replacment of aluminium body silica gel breathers of standard size suitable for up to 500 KVA Transformers 11KV/433 volt transparent type including removing to existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the old Silica gel in the breather of transformer and supply and refilling new Silica gel in the breather complete all as specified and directed.

Return back from work shop with placement of transformer to its position at location under GE DDn after repair/serviceing/rewinding inclding painting complete with two coats of synthetic enemal paint on tfr body incl cooling coils/fins by removing of all dirt ,grease etc marks using chemical or hot blow lamp of cap 11/.433KV ,Reconnecting HV,LV electrical connections,along with following other wks like checking & testing of HT Line/HT Cable ,HT Switch gearr etc complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities transformerc NOTE : (a) All routine tests will be carried uut at work shops (b) Transformer will have warranty of 6 month from the date of refixing at site (c) Any other work required to carry out above job in inclusive

Material and labour for Preventive maintenace /repairs to transformer step down 11 KV/.433 KV of any type & cap up to 500 KVA of any make including cleaning the transformers externally througly with lint free cloth ,tightening the HT/LT terminal nuts,opening the top cover for replacing the gaskets & bushings etc replacing the worn out copper alloy nuts-bolts and replacing the LT side cable lugs with tapping of taplon taps incl tighting all connectins with earthing terminals complete inclding painting complete with two coats of synthetic enemal paint on tfr body incl cooling coils/fins by removing of all dirt ,grease etc marks using chemical or hot blow lamp all as specified & directed NOTE : all other items which are required shall be measured and paid separetely under respective items of this sch.

Supply,Installation, Commission and testing of type tested LT panel outdoor type LT(415 volts,50hz,3 phase 4 wire supply) factory assembeled,weather & vermin proof(protection class IP43) FABRICATED OUT OF 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet with front hinges opening ,rubber lining,locking arrangement,powder coated extermally and internally including cable glands of suitable to accommodate and inclding following including taking down old unserviceable panel complete all as specified and directed. (i)Aluminium busbar consisting of four no of capacity 300 amps duly insulated with heat shrinkable sleeve 1.1 KV grade mounted on heavy duty epoxy insulator . (ii) The minimum size of feeder piller box shold be 1000mmx600mmx500mm (iii) MCCB 415 volt ,200amps ,4pole,adjustable thermal magnetic release 80 to 100% ,35 KA (Ics=100%Icu)-01 (iv) The panel shoud be fixed on and including angle iron stand made out of 50x6mm thick 60 cm height duly grouted 30 cm below ground level in PCC all as directed. (v) Item rate includs excavation ,pcc &earth work reqd for taking out old existing cable incl lugs thimble &relaying the same.

Note :-(i) for srl no 111,112 - All type test cirtificates with switch gear (ACB/MCCB) confirmimg to IEC 614398/2011 para 1&2 shall be submitted by the contractor before execution of work. (ii) Drawing for LT Panel of suitable specific size shall be submitted with accommodate all the controls & suitable size of Bus bar incl provn of measuring instuments /indication lamps before execution of wks.
