SCHEDULE 'A' PART - XI (MISC ITEMS) (Note: The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

Taking out sheathed and PVC insulated, armoured multistaranded XLPE UG cable of any size by excavation in any type of soil and removing and depositing the cable where directed for taking schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 2.5/4.0 Sqmm copper sub main wiring complete, including fixture and fitting such as DB's, MCB's, industrial sockets etc. removing the materials for taking credit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down earthing with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground, removing for taking credit (Credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down single phase energy meter and depositing the material in MES store yard for keeping in safe custody complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out Building security light 25 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of value chamber of size 1200mm x 1200mm x 1000mm deep dimensions (Over all internal dimension) for sluice valve etc with PCC foundation. PCC block masonry walls. Plastering. PCC Coping. White washing, mild steel chamber cover. painting to chamber cover including excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as shown on drawing No. CEAA/TD/57 Sheet 1.1 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Complete specification for valve pit chamber as specified in particular specification if any details shown on drawing but not specified in PS the same shall be followed as per drawing.

Supply and fixing junction box of size 195mm x 135mm x 90mm outdoor type weather proof factory made out of PVC sheet 1.8mm thick with front side hinged opening having locking arrangement with nuts & bolts & arrangement for incoming and out going cable/wire complete comprising with the followings : (a) Bus bar with two aluminium strips. 100 Amps cap insulated with insulators, incl colour coding inclding PVC cable of suitable size from bus bar to MCB (b) MCB SPN 5 to 30 Amps. -01 No (c) clamp made out of 25mm x 3mm flat iron duly welded with nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing / passing through GI light grade pipe size 15mm bore from junction box to street light along with 1.5sqmm grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated multistarnded copper conductor cable flame retardant low smoke & halogen(FRLS-H) confirming to 1100volt confirming to IS 694 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing bracket made out of GI light grade pipe of 32mm dia 1.5mtr long bend to an angle of 120 degree with 02 nos Ms clamp 32x5mm and 04 set of nuts. Bolts and water painting with two coats of synthetic power paint over a red oxide primer complete all as spcified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning and testing factory made and tested design factory made and tested design verified as per IS/ IEC-61439-1 & 2, by CPRI approved manufactures LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) indoor type, platform mounted, including suitable angle iron (4 Nos leg) for 415 Volts 3 Phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, complete all as specified and directed, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars 300 amps rating installed on porcelain insulatores. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 2.00mm CRCA sheet 75mm x 30mm thick MS Channel frame 7 tank proceed, duly powder coated finish, thimbling and cable entry boxes with cable gland including painting with two coat of synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Front and back side opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement, danger plate and earthing terminal and suitable PCC work. The scope of work includes provision of the following :- INCOMING :- (a) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps, 25 KA, 415 -01 No. (b) Bus bar (copper strip) 200 Amp - 4 Nos (c) Digital panel meter (Amp Voltage meter) inlcuding CTs-01 No. (d) Digital indication lamp set-01 (e) Slot for electronic energy meter-09 Nos OUTGOING :- (a) MCB SPN 40 Amp 415V 50 Hz-09 Nos Note : Contractor shall submit LT panel drawing for approval of GE before procurement

Supply and fixing Energy efficient 10 Watts B-22 bore LED Lamp working at 230 Volts 50 Hz complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver and LED lamp 5700K Rated CCT energy efficient with lumen efficiency corrosponding to five star BEE rating published for year of installation, pf 0.8, colour rendering index not less than 70%, IP20 complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size completed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cable tray perforated Aluminium pre-Galvanised fixing, passing through vertical wall, chiseling, cutting on vertical/ horizontal wall including make good of disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed

NOTE: Amount of credit of Rs. 1835744/- for retrieved materials is mentioned in schedule of credit on Srl Page No. 54(R) of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
