Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding/ terrazo dado etc (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 finished fair and even for laying floor finishes/tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured glazed ceramic tiles 200 x 300 x 7mm/450 x 350 x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat to receive wall tiles/skirting/dados complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles double charge light colour 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 finished fair and even for laying floor finishes/tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Granite 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing of complete removal of existing treatment old plastered or unplastered surface of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered or previously untreated surfaces of walls and applying two coat of distemper Acrylic Emulsion (Indigo/Asian paint tractor/Berger Walmasta)after applying wall care putty as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specifed and directed.

Material & Labour old plaster surface for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces. Note:- 1. The old plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of emulsion paint. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor. The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE/ AGE (I) before commencement of work. (iii). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iv). after carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE /AGE (I) before application of distemper for each building. (v). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE / AGE (I) (vi) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor

M&L for Providing and applying wall putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm dia bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old steel or iron surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair stainless steel drapery rod 25 mm dia including stainless steel brackets including fixing arrangements with drilling holes etc complete of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or Mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all complete all as specified and as directed.
