Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). With 15 mm thick integral densified micro edge light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

Anodized (AC 15 ) aluminium

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868. Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) sub frame work for windows and ventilators with extruded built up standard tubular ections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia and size (Dash fastener to be paid for separately).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wallsurface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting / compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube/lamp etc., including supplying and fixing ball and socket arrangement, 2 Nos. down rods of 20 mm dia X 1.6 mm thick steel conduit upto 30 cm length, painting and wiring the down rods and connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core .cable and earthing etc. as required.

FURNITURE AND FIXTURE

Providing and placing of Workstation of size 1350X600 mm and 750 mm high as per shape and size shown in attached drawing and approved sample. Provide 3 Nos.400 mm wide wooden drawers, wooden Keyboard tray, wooden CPU stand on wheels all as per approved drawing and sample, all drawers with individual lock and telescopic sliding rail as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge,Work top as per approved shape and size, fabricated with 19 mm thick water proof commercial block board in all sides, top, bottom and front, 6 mm thick plywood drawer bottom ,1 (one) mm thick lamination as approved on all exposed surface of side unit 32X32 mm Teak / Cedar wood moulding on work top as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge, 3 to 4 mm thick Teak / Cedar wood margin or PVC edge bending on all straight, side and top on all exposed edges complete with all labour and material, Painting/polishing finished with polyurethane, nails, screws, glue and other accessories etc. as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing / placing of 400 mm deep filing cabinetry as per approved design and sample, fabricated with 19 mm thick water proof commercial block board in top, bottom, sides, shelves and shutters, 6 mm thick water proof commercial plywood at back. 1 mm thick lamination on all exposed sides , Locking arrangement in all shutters ,3 to 4 mm thk Teak wood / Cedar wood margin or PVC edge bending on all straight, side and top on all exposed edges of shelves, shutters and cabinet, complete with all labour and material, Painting and polishing with polyurethane finish, all hardware as instructed, nails, screws, glue etc. complete in all respect as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Medium Back Chair (Model Bravo Mid Back of Godrej or equivalent) Providing and placing in position, mid back chair of the seat & back are made up of 12 mm thick hot pressed plywood, upholsterd with fabric & moulded with polyurethane foam together with moulded ABS seat and back covers. The back foam should designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort. Mid back size 475mm width x 580mm height and seat size 470 mm width x 480mm. The polyurethane foam should be moulded with density 45 kg/cum and hardness 16 +/2 kg on hampdem machine at 25% compression. Armrest are injection moulded from black copolymer polypropylene. The mechanism should be fixed 360 degree revolving type, Upright position locking, tilt tension adjustment, seat back tilting ration 1:3. The pneumatic height adjustment has an adjustment stroke of 12 cm. The pedestal should be injection moulded in black 33% glass filled in nylon 66 wtih 5 nos twin wheel castors. The pedetal should be 66.3 cm pitch- centre dia.

AIR CONDITIONING

Supply, installation, Commissioning and testing of hiwall mount type split type Inverter Air-Conditioner 3 Star Rating including proper mounting arrangment comprising of accessories, intial charge of refrigerant, standard referred piping safety limit thermostat, MS stand (Wall/ Floor Mount) for condensing unit, supply and laying of power and control cables and end terminations between the evaporator and condenser units etc.
