M&L for 75mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase of floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying of floor tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx 30cm x 25mm with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board any of description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 12 mm thick perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size, fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid as in ceilings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Framework for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 4mm thick plain AC boards as in ceiling fixed with screws to framework complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to frame work as in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of new ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, hollow or round steel tubes, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated), Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel Windows Chajja / wind ties for roof covering including screwing bolts, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted gaivatume aluminium sheet zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rolled section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, pirlins where connected to common rafter and running rails and guldes for sliding doors. Fixed with anngle cleats or other connecting plates Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing ,Fe 410-W, Gde E-250, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F plain, black, mild steel sheeting, 1.25mm thick, in ridges, doors, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed), with welded or soldered provided complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
