Excavation in foundation for digging well in dry excavation from G.L. upto the level where well curb is placed the depth as per thr direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wet well sinking gravel including all pumping, soring etc. as per thr direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

From Spring level to 3.00 mtr. depth

From spring level to 3.00 mtr. to 6.00 mtr. depth

From spring level 6mtr. to 8.50 mtr.

Steel work in single section including cutting, hoisting & fixing in position and applying a coat of primer or red lead paint in R.S. Joists, Channel, angles and tees etc. Complete within all leads & lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Lowering of well curb complete within all leads & lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing & Laying cement concrete work grade M:30 but not leaner than 1 : 1.5 : 3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation footing bases of columns etc and mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses from top of foundation upto two level all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto all floor level within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu- reinforcement concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like, Floors etc. up to any thickness complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Beam, cantilever, girders and lintels, Sides and soffits of beam, beam haunching, cantilever, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr. In depth in all heights from floor complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing mild steel / Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto all floor level within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing steel fibre reinforced concrete (SFRC) Manhole covers and frame confirming to IS : 12592 (part-I) 1988 with latest ammendments extra heavy should not be less than 100Kg, circular 560mm dia meter as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 200 mm wide CI rungs with chequered or ribbed non slip surface i/c fixing in structure with 200 x 200 x 100 mm cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement :3 sand : 6 graded stone aggre 20 mm nominal size ) as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing percolated GMS pipe 100 mm dia HC with hole diameter 15mm to 40mm C/C in all leads and lift as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and placing of graded filter media complete in all leads and lift as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Pea Greaval 20mm to 40mm

Pea Greaval 10mm to 20mm

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level includong arises, internal round angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth (Cement mortar 1:3)
