Demolition and breaking up drain pipe of any type 150 mm bore set in cement mortar and removal of debries to a distance not exceeding 50 m and disposed off at site complete all as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe of any type 110 mm bore set in cement mortar and removal of debries to a distance not exceeding 50 m and disposed off at site complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick/stone massonry work built in cement mortar as in wall including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete unreiforced of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up PVC pipe of any description complete all as directed

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations and filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix reinforced concrete pipes of 200 mm bore, class NP2 laid, jointed and tested complete tested all as specified and directed

Supply and fix reinforced concrete pipes of 150 mm bore, class NP2 laid and jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints and laid in trenches or in floor as in waste/soil pipe complete all as specified and directed .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 15 above but using old serviceable brick.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement but using water proofing compound @ 2% by the weight of cement used complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under respective item.)

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI mark complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copping complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 50 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection. Plinth protection shall be laid in alternate bays n.exc 2 Sqm, 10mm thick joints shall be provided .Joints shall be filled with bitumen mastic comprises of one part of hot bitumen 85/25 grade and 3 parts of sand, all by weight finishing cement concrete surfaces even & fair without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L Pre cast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-I (Using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate ) as in manhole cover slab etc and set in CM (1:4) including use of forms, moulds or machine mold and setting complete all as directed

M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and directed

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and directed

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) junction (Single T) equal or unequal with access door complete all as directed.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC vent cowl complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes of 200 mm dia including packing under and completely surrounding the pipes with concrete after laying and testing of the pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes of 150 mm dia including packing under and completely surrounding the pipes with concrete after laying and testing of the pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed
